Vi var jättenöjda med vistelsen
Pros:

Jättebra och fint boende med väldigt välkomnande personal. Läget på en sidogata utan störande trafik var perfekt. Inte den snyggaste omgivningen men hotellet ligger nära stadskärnan med sevärdheter och bussar

Finns inget att klaga på

Sehr gutes Hotel mit hervorragenden Personal.
Pros:

Ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen was uns gut gefallen hat: Das überaus hilfreiche Personal, das nette Zimmer, das hervorragende Frühstück, die sichere Unterbringung unseres Autos, die Tips für Catania….

Cons:

Die Straßen rund um das Hotel sind für unsere Verhältnisse nicht sehr schön, allerdings ist man mit wenigen Schritten an allen wichtigen Orten der Innenstadt.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden richtig verwöhnt und haben viele Information über Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurant-Tipps bekommen.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut. Es gibt frisches Obst sowie eine große Auswahl an süßen, pikanten und auch warmen Speisen.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber.

Wunderbare Stadt, Hotel ist sehr schön und familiär
Pros:

Frühstück ist hier sehr gut, auch Früchte angeboten
Hotel ist zentral gelegen, zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichbar. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Tipps erhalten, z.B wo Essen, genaue Angaben zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erhalten usw.

This hotel is an absolute please to stay in. Beautiful art deco decor, stunning glass and decorations. Beautiful bathroom with mirrors and gorgeous tiles. The staff go above and beyond to give assistance. Highly recommend.

朝食だけが惜しい、スタッフと雰囲気は最高のクラシックホテル

部屋のデザインが本当に素敵でした。いわゆる「リバティ様式（イタリア版アール・ヌーヴォー）」を基調にしたクラシックで可愛らしい雰囲気で、華やかな壁紙やファブリック、アンティーク調の家具や照明が統一されていて、まるで昔のヨーロッパの邸宅に泊まっているような気分になれました。建物自体も20世紀初頭のリバティ様式のヴィラを改装したもので、細部までこだわりが感じられます。

スタッフは本当に最高でした。観光やレストラン、移動方法などをとても親切に教えてくれて、説明もわかりやすく、滞在中かなり助けられました。おすすめ情報も実際に役立つものばかりで、おかげでカターニアをより楽しめました。スタッフのホスピタリティの高さは、このホテルの大きな魅力だと思います。

Cons:

残念だったのは朝食です。部屋やサービスの満足度がとても高かっただけに、朝食は期待を下回りました。ここが改善されれば間違いなく「100％おすすめ」と言えるホテルだと思います。
