High ceiling, clean and comfortable room with classical design. Excellent tasty breakfast. Close to center, yet quiet district. Friendly personnel. During the rain, I was provided with umbrella.

Sehr stilvolles und komfortables Hotel, das seine vier Sterne in jeder Kategorie gerecht wird. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Zimmer. Zentrale Lage, keine 10 Minuten bis zur Via Etnea, gutes Frühstück.
Hervorragender Service. Danke Silvio, für den herzlichen Empfang, das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade und den Parkservice.
Schade, dass wir hier nur für eine Nacht waren, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Klare Empfehlung!

Very nice and very friendly.
Pros:

Well situated hotel with lots of character. Good breakfast. Staff were all very professional and really friendly and helpful, including Valentina and Antonia. Given what we paid it was certainly a five star rating. We would certainly stay here again.

Exceptional service from the front desk (reception). Location is great although the surroundings of the hotel are not in great shape.
