Who ever designed room must have never used the bathroom. The toilet paper is way behind the toilet and very very hard to reach.

Pros:

We loved Jessica at check in. Also the staff at the ballroom were wonderful and all of them seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The cookies at check in were an added bonus we did not know about. Our room was quiet and we got the additional pillows we had asked for. Very nice and beautiful place.

Cons:

Lisa that we had for breakfast on Friday morning was rude and really did not seem very pleasant. Agreeably it took me a short time to get seated as I ran into my cousin at another table/ family event, but her comment regarding making my husband wait was uncalled for. Not a big deal but wanted to also say the breakfast could be comped or reduced with a voucher and tv was a little confusing to figure out. Maybe some kind of instructions in room would help.
