Extremely underwhelming. I booked here for a 4 day business trip. Upon arrival, they didn't have my room class ready (even though I'd been told I could get an early check-in) and made me pay for the upgrade. Being tired after a 12 hour journey, I reluctantly paid so I could drop my things and go to the office. The room was dirty, dusty and the furniture in dire need to refinishing. To top it off, the safe was broken and it took over an hour to get another one. The coup-de-gras, though, was using their 24/7 WhatsApp service to order room services at 530am and not getting a reply until 630. I submitted an order and still, at 350pm, have not heard back. While the lobby and area are quite nice, this hotel misses the 5 star mark by miles.

Do Elevador...não tem necessidade de ser tão preto e escuro,sensação ruim.Tive sensação de estar num caixote. Sem iluminação bonita!

O hotel como um todo é muito bom: quarto, cama, academia, café da manhã, atendimento ok e processo de check in/out super rápido e eficiente.
O hotel em geral é bom, MAS o chuveiro era horrível. Esguichava agua pra todo lado, um terror. Pra mim algumas coisas são absolutamente básicas em hotéis dessa categoria, e chuveiro é uma delas. Não foi a minha primeira vez no hotel e posso ter dado azar com o chuveiro do banheiro DESTE quarto, mas hospedagem não pode ser loteria. Por este ponto, infelizmente não voltaria a considerar este hotel.
O quarto é amplo, muito confortável, cama grande e chuveiro de ótima qualidade!
A alimentação do restaurante deixou muito a desejar!
Decent facilities and usually friendly, attentive service, but twice in five stays I was quietly given a room in a lower category than booked. On both occasions the downgrade was not disclosed at check-in, and the rate was not proactively adjusted to the assigned category. This is beginning to feel like a concerning pattern. Also, having to move rooms later when a room of the booked category is made available is a hassle and a waste of my limited time - exactly what I book a five-star property to avoid. This has happened despite Accor Gold status, nearly 30 nights already stayed here, and reservations for another 40+ nights, showing that loyalty clearly doesn’t count much in practice.
