Great hotel in the centre of Phoenix. The hotel is large but the staff are very attentive and the rooms are well appointed with all the things you need for a great stay.
Staff was so accommodating with our last minute reservation and airport pick up due to a missed flight. The women we dealt with were wonderful!

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and apologetic when we had issues with our stay. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facility.
We had two reservations to stay for a total of a full week. We ended up cutting our second reservation a few days short and just eating the cost because we were not told the pool would be out of service for our entire stay. When I initially asked about it being closed, the staff could not answer why it was closed or for how long it would be closed. After our 3rd day there, they informed us it would be closed our entire trip. Had we known that, we would have booked another hotel. Arizona is hot all hours of the day/night so that was a very big disappointment.

Kim & Kaveesha (spell check) were very nice & Helpful at the front desk from Shuttle to check in. Made the experience a breeze! The bistro food was good and the vibes were nice. The market has great items to choose from but VERY experience. 3x the price, which is unnecessary. Rooms were clean, bed soft, SUPER close to the airport.

So I’ve stayed here many times as I travel for work and often have early flights out of Phoenix. I was about to give up on it after they started charging $15 a night for parking (insane). So I tried and I hate to say it, this doesn’t live up to the Marriott namesake. I have a bar and bistro if you can’t staff it? Don’t get me wrong. The woman working behind the counter was obviously overworked and underpaid. I saw her doing room service deliveries, cooking in the kitchen and serving at the bar…. This is unacceptable especially when there are 3 to 5 customers waiting for service. I stay at courtyard often and one of the reasons I like to stay is because of the ability to not have to leave the hotel and be able to get a snack and a drink. Never again with the Phoenix airport courtyard sorry.
