Pets are allowed for 75€ per week or 12€ per day. All apartments have a bathtub. Toasters and hairdryers are available upon request at reception.

Only one dish towel is provided. Bar soap and multi-purpose cleaner are not provided.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Bien pour une étape
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le fait que l’établissement accepte les animaux ( contre un supplément), l’emplacement en ville, proximité commerces), la possibilité de stationner ( contre un supplément de 10 euros par nuit)

Cons:

Les nombreuses injonctions ( défaire les draps, aller jeter les poubelles, nettoyer le coin cuisine), l’immeuble en construction en face, la piscine minuscule ou quelques personnes tiennent debout sans pouvoir nager) , le manque de personnel flagrant , le convertible ( pas un vrai lit…)

Pros:

Studio confortable pour deux , il ne manque rien . Proche du centre intra-muros, à 20 minutes à pieds 👌 place de parking et accepte les chiens. Le personnel est sympathique et aux services.

Cons:

Piscine trop petite pour la taille de la résidence, certe , exceptionnel avec le temps actuel.

Pros:

Parcheggio privato e piccolo terrazzo. Struttura ben tenuta e sala hobby per i ragazzi.

Cons:

Mancano le dotazioni di base per cucinare (sale, qualche tovaglialo, qualche cialda). Il letto matrimoniale è un divano letto non confortevole.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche de la plage des sablons et du quartier animé de Servan.

Cons:

La literie était très inconfortable et la mauvaise insonorisation des studios.Le tarif du parking est élevé.
