They should improve the toilet facilities

Location is easy to find and near to eateries and shopping (City Square Mall and Mustafa). Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear furniture being dragged, and guests walking and talking even if they are in their rooms. You can still hear the guests up till 2-3am in the night. If you are okay with the noise, this is a very good location given the price that you will be paying for. Staffs are helpful and friendly during our stay.

We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. He didn’t care anything about guests at hotel.
It made our stay very unpleasant. We checked out after 2 days and moved to a different hotel.

We're asking me for passport even in their rules it says I can present ID. Reduculous! Wasted so much time!

I stayed here for 2 nights while in Singapore. The location is good being close to Farrer Park MRT and Little India. Orchard Road and Fort Canning and the marina was an easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast at this stay but there were plenty of eateries about 10 minutes walk away. The room was small but it was a 2 star inn. It was good value as rooms were about $800 a night at other places when I was booking

The location is good to reach all the shopping centres and temples. location is perfect for travellers who will use public transport. The room is okay for a shorter visit. Overall, not much, but I felt the bathroom was a bit small. Staff behaviour is not okay.

I didnt like this hotel at all, i have been ttavelling for 4 months and this was the most expensive and worst hotel i stayed in, i know singapore is expensive but the hotel well not for me, no fridge, damp patches on the bathroom ceiling. Ask for a refund when i got there and was told no refunds unkess you canvell 7 days in advance, only booked it two days before

Wouldn't stay here if I knew what it was like and could of got a refund. I got told when I arrived in order to get a refund I had to cancel 7 days before, only booked it 2 days before coming.
The room very small and had damp patches in the bathroom which could easily be sealed and painted. I didnt even have my room cleaned on checked had to ask for loo rolls everyday Lots of rude Indians who didn't say thank you if you held the lift or a door open just dam right rude. They play music loud and as there is no sound proofing you can also hear phones ringing in the night. For some reason they sit by the lift chatting on their phones till 2am I had to call someone from reception to sort it out otherwise I would have. It's more like a residential place and I think they all leave here and they have a few rooms they let.Love their culture food etc but they are not rude back in the uk like I have seen here. Look at some of the other people's pictures
If I where you do a shorter stay somewhere nicer, it's cheap for a reason, if you don't want to get a good night sleep then this is the place for.

Place is run down, hard to make things work except the air-conditioning. Service was non existant

Room was congested but had all basic facilities; hot water, a small window, reasonable size bed. Towels were stained though & bathroom should have its own bin. Missing a fridge too yet given the price, don’t know if you can expect a fridge? Not very noise- proof; can hear someone talking outside the room but not from the rooms adjacent.

Stayed for 1 night. The room is small, not recommended if you’re bring a lot of luggage. Got room at 3rd floor and the view is facing wall. But the room itself was clean and comfortable.
You need to deposit SGD 10 if you need to use the hairdryer. The lady at the reception was nice.

Crawling with cockroaches

Staff was pretty unfriendly at check in, room was very small, A-C was dripping, lizards in the room, something that looked like mold in the roof, room not cleaned between nights, water bottles and towels not changed between nights and very loud with thin walls. Would really recommend to avoid.
