Pros:

действительно приятный и радушный персонал - все очень приветливые, здороваются быстро и четко предоставляют/ предоставляют всякое. домики (а тут отдельные домики)в неплохом состоянии, нет ветхого и поломанного, территория очень зеленая чистая и много мест где можно провести время вне домика на природе и например поработать на улице. советую не стесняться и ходить по территории - тут красивая зелень. я живу тут второй месяц и при мне тут починили бассейн и теперь постояльцы купаются. есть спортзал рядом с бассейном, но я туда не заходила и им почему-то никто не пользуется. На территории много котиков, их подкармливают. Лягушки, птички и весь остальной специалитет. Рядом много мест, где можно поесть - кафе, 7/11, несколько хороших больших супермаркетов и сетевых кафе. Метро не супер близкое и станция какая-то непонятная по логистике, без подготовки сложно разобраться со входами-выходами. Мне в этом месте нравится возможность поваляться на природе в относительной приватности без туристической суеты. Важно - не во всех домиках есть возможность что-то готовить, если для вас это важно, уточняйте при выборе домика

Cons:

Немного есть рандома с предоставлением воды и туалетных принадлежностей - как во всех отелях, то выдают, то не выдают, но я уже смирилась, что так везде и тут оно не критично. Важно - домики на территории с организацией, которая ухаживает за постинфарктными стариками, если для вас это триггерно, то полезно это понимать. Еще важно - до метро нужно идти по жаре и станция метро тут непонятная. Удаленность от центра влияет на повышенную стоимость такси.

Sauberkeit, 2 getrennte Betten, ruhig.

Cons:

Dass der Pool geschlossen war, weil wir extra wegen dem Pool gebucht hatten. Bekamen ein kostenloses Abendessen als Trostpflaster und Empfehlung für einen Pool in einem Condominium, wo es ruhig, sonnig, günstige Preise und sauber war.

Airport layover only
Pros:

My room was good. They upgraded me to one with a kitchen due to the pool being out of commission.
There's a nice shopping centre about 1km down the road. Plenty of food stalls supermarket etc. Also a KFC if you need it.
The staff were lovely and tried their best.

Cons:

The pool is out of commission and needs to be replaced. The reason I booked this place was the pool. Temperatures in the mid 30 degrees everyday and no pool.
The area is pretty awful. It's dirty and run down. Not for tourists as nothing to do. The only up side is its only about 15minutrs from the main airport.
