La facilité d'accès. Bien situé.
Le petit déjeuner, très succinct
Not much to like except the location and shower water pressure was good.
Too noisy, room above with people stomping all night was irritating, carpets felt dirty, bathroom needs shade on window.
The place was close to work and very clean (cleaned every day, smelled well). Very nice delicate colors, non-tiring design: I chose it for that reason, too. The breakfast is minimalistic but there is a nice cafe across the street. Tea and coffee is available all day and evening. Exactly what I needed for my trip.
The building is old and floor in places is slightly uneven, but all the interior paint and carpets are new.

Everything was awesome
I don't consider a bagel and coffee breakfast. There wasn't even butter or jam for the bagel. The breakfast bar was very disappointing.
A very loud room next door the first night that kept me awake until 2:30am. The "breakfast" offerings.

It is very rundown, no coffee pot in rooms, pillows are flat, no lamps on bedside tables to read by,can hear everything that goes on outside!
Horrible surprise ! I made a reservation for 2 nights, 3 weeks before my flight to San Francisco.
I called them right after having my confirmation number to learn about the service. My flight was delayed for 20 minutes and when I got at there for checking, there was nobody, 35 minutes after, a sleepy agent appeared and said: There’s no Room available sir. Even I show him my reservation he said there’s nothing he can do.
