Pros:

La limpieza y los servicios.

Cons:

Todo bien, pero si tuviera que haber una queja sería la temperatura, hacía un poco de calor y el termostato se supone que estaba apagado.

Buena ubicación y limpieza
Pros:

Está a 1 paso de la estación de tres cantos y el mercadona. Varios restaurantes cerca. Te regalan unas botellas y algunos accesorios de aseo y sueño.

El trato del personal, la atención telefónica y la gestión de la cadena hotelera tras un error de ellos. Me hicieron pagar por una habitación que ni siquiera había usado y hasta los desayunos que ni siquiera entré en el buffet. Lamentable y pésimo el trato que he recibido.
