Hôtel sympa est bien placé.
Pros:

Etablissement plutôt bien placé. Dans une rue pas trop bruyante. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

J'ai du prendre une suite mais fus surpris par la taille qui ne correspond même pas à une chambre classique dans un autre hotel.

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Team

We had a wonderful stay at Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection by Best Western. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

What truly made our experience special was the amazing team. A very special thank you to Beatrice and David, who were absolutely outstanding. Their warmth, professionalism, kindness, and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They truly went above and beyond.

Many thanks also to Claudia, who was wonderful and welcoming, and to Benjamin, the night receptionist, who warmly welcomed us after a long and exhausting flight and made our late-night arrival smooth and comfortable.

A fantastic team, a very clean and comfortable hotel, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended — we would happily return!

Great Place
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the room compact but had everything needed. Wardrobe, fridge, and lovely large shower. Great view and balcony. Very close to one tram line and about 8 mins to the other.
