Nagyon kedves a személyzet. A reggeli finom, friss. A tengerparttól 10 perces séta, a vonatállomás és a villamos 5-6 perc. Egész napos séta utánra, megfelelő a szállás. Kényelmes ágy, egy kis erkély. Kávékapszula bekészítés.

Nice basic standard hotel, no frills. Don’t feel it merited 4 stars.
Pros:

The hotel was adequate. The bedroom and bathroom were recently decorated and fresh and also very clean. It had a safe, kettle and fridge. The staff were very professional.

Cons:

We didn’t feel it was 4 star standard.
No foyer, no restaurant or bar area and only one chair in the bedroom so basically it lacked any form of comfort.
While there was the breakfast area in reception it was not inviting and during our entire stay didn’t see it in use outside breakfast time.

Clean , modern rooms . Good location.

Cons:

The tall gentleman on reception was quite rude when I asked for an extra English breakfast teabag for our room because none were left there in the morning,only herbal teabags. He said that I would have to pay for them!
Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel at all.

Very poor service . The air con was leaking water and hence unable to sleep
No coffee or tea replacement / no milk or sugar replaced ( inspite of repeated requests )

Cons:

O quarto foi super pequeno, sentia-se muito barulho dos corredores de circulação dentro do quarto. A pessoa acordava por casa deste barulho. Um trabalho para fazer a nível de sonorização

Sehr freundlich, sauber, gutes Frühstück, liebes Hotel

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, Kleiderschrank winzig. Max. Für 1 Person verwendbar, Tür ins Bad von innen kaum zum zumachen, weil Kastentüren. Einen Knopf zum zuziehen könnte man innen montieren.
