Location
It didn’t match the pictures at all. It’s not really a hotel. It’s more like an apartment. There’s no staff here and everything is through an AI Agent. When we arrived we had no idea where to go or how to find our room. The pool doesn’t even have any deck chairs to sit on. Such a weird place.
I stayed here many times and it’s quiet, The view is beautiful and if there’s questions they are answered immediately. It’s an extremely good value and lovely place to stay.
I liked that we were placed in a room with a view of the cityscape.
Was a little confusing to find my room. Parking is tight.
Not a whole lot ! It was kinda old a really far from things.
Not clean old smelling
We had difficulty with accessing our room.
The air conditioning was good. The staff was nice. They had a smart tv so we could screen cast movies. The staff was quick to respond and helped without complaint when our room key didn't work so we had to text at early and late hour for them to manually unlock the door. Squirrels and bird frequently got close to the back doors so they were fun to watch. The soaps and shampoo and stuff smelt great. The bathtub was deep.
The room was nestled between apartments and the tenants of those apartments smoked weed so it smelled liked skunk everytime you opened the door. The room was disconnected from the rest of the hotel as if it wasn't even part of it. The parking was on the side of a tiny one way road so you couldn't load up or unload without being in people's way and having to move if anyone needed by, then having to drive backwards up a hill to get back. It was hard to bring everything to the room or load uo to leave because of the parking combined with the flight of stairs we had to go up or down to get to the room. The restaurant in the listing needed a reservation and the garden was only a tiny display inside of the resteraunt. The hotel listing made it seem like you could dine at any time and actually visit the garden. We felt lied too when the garden was the main reason we chose the hotel and we couldn't even enjoy it. The doors needed to be unlocked with a QR code and it never worked. Would have been a great idea if it did work. We had to bother the staff at early and late times to unlock the door manually. The floors felt sticky after a shower and our feet were black at the end of the night so we had to wear slippers which were not provided so we had to buy some. The couch bed was thin and the bars underneath hurt you when you sleep. The regular bed felt like it was slanted so all the blood rushed to your head and you had to put a lot of pillows underneath your head to sit up as you sleep. There were no sponges provided to clean the cookware so we had to use a wash cloth from the bathroom. There was no dining table so we ate on the couch with the living room table. The shower headboard gunked up and broken so it didn't spray well. My biggest complaint is that we really felt lied to by the listing.
Check in was abysmal. Waited for over an hour to get into our room after we paid for early check in.
It was cute.
The bed nor couch was plush. It was hard directing Ubers to the location as it shares an entrance with the restaurant. There isn’t a phone number to talk to anyone only text - even though they reply super quick.
nothing
everything from HHH postings to attempted stay including Bookings Customer Service
Bed was very comfortable, view was spectacular!
Not the cleanest hotel, found food underneath the bed from previous guest and found a large beetle in the bathroom. The hotel parking is limited as well and difficult to navigate in the property. Although the text help desk was quick to reply, I would much have preferred to talk to someone directly with questions and concerns.
The hills for an older man
Not much
Location and price. Adequately stocked kitchenette.
Dated, no ice machine, only 1 roll of t.p., lots of uneven footing to access hotel from parking lot, no directions where to meet Uber. Bed hard as a rock!
Everything, 10/10
