Important information:

Please note that the Le Moulin reception is open all year round, while the Le Bocage reception is open only in July and August. Reception opening hours are daily from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, except on Saturdays in July and August when reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance to arrange the late arrival procedure.

The price includes bed linen, towels, one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices, charges and taxes (except the city tax and application fee), access to the pool area and sports grounds (excluding tennis and archery), as well as basic entertainment such as fitness sessions, contests and evening activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen area and dishes.

After booking, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For any invoice request, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

Check-in is from 16:00 for short stays and from 17:00 for stays of 7 nights or more. Check-out is by 11:00 for short stays and by 10:00 for stays of 7 nights or more.

Swimming pool access depends on the area of the residence: the Le Moulin swimming pool is reserved for guests staying in the “Le Moulin” area, while the Le Bocage swimming pool is reserved for guests staying in the “Le Bocage” area.

All guests staying at Le Domaine de Bourgenay also have access to the central aquatic area located about 15 minutes’ walk from the residence in the village centre, featuring water slides and children’s water play areas. The sports pool and paddling pool are open from 26 April 2026 to 13 September 2026, while the slides and circular pools are open from 1 July to 31 August.

The Domaine du Moulin pool area includes two outdoor pools (one lap pool and one heated circular pool) as well as a heated paddling pool, open from early June to 13 September.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Logement agréable et bien équipé
Environnement agréable avec des jardins tout autours
Le prix en période hors saison

Cons:

La nécessité d'une voiture en permanence car les logements étaient très étendus.
L'impression de ne pas être dans un hotel avec des service mais plutot dans un logement parmis d'autres, ce qui est le cas.
La réception qui fermait a 18h alors que nous avions recu un mail qui disait 20h

Centre de vacances facile d’accès. Proche de supermarché à Talmont-sur-Hilaire ou à 15 kms plusieurs centres commerciaux et restaurants aux Sables d’Olonne.
Aucun problème pour stationner.
Studio spacieux et calme. Propre. Bien chauffé.
Bonne literie.
Connexion Wi-Fi parfaite.

Cons:

La baignoire, matériel étonnant dans un appartement destiné à une personne à mobilité réduite. Vraiment compliqué d'en sortir. Pas de rideau protecteur donc sol abondamment mouillé.
Manque d'un rangement dans la salle de bain.

Entre le parking et l’appartement, 100, 120 mètres, aucun éclairage à partir de 21h.
