Cons:

seul problème rencontré: la petite chambre double est en fait une minuscule chambre pour 1 personne avec un lit de 140 et pas d'espace, de liseuse ou de table de nuit à gauche. Impossible de dormir à 2 ou de se mouvoir à 2 dans cette chambre. Les autres chambres sont très agréables

Perfect base for visiting the city.
Pros:

So convenient to station, duomo, and restaurants! Our second year of using The Frame, it doesn't disappoint. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms (small, but big enough for what you need while visiting the city), on a great street.

Very comfortable and immaculate hotel to use as base for Florence visit
Pros:

The staff were great. They provided excellent food recommendations. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing, rain shower head with wonderful water pressure.

Cons:

The room was listed as small but you could barely navigate around the bed it was so small.
