Fabulous hotel in a very central location. Extremely stylish, clean and comfortable rooms (ours had two separate double rooms with 2 bathrooms and a private terrace with hot tub). Excellent value for money and a really beautiful stay. Thank you.
Super gelegenes und schön restauriertes Hotel. Justin am Empfang hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand uns zur Hilfe. Das Zimmer war gross (vor allem hoch) und sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für diesen Preis super. Alles wichtige in Florenz kann man gemütlich zu Fuss erkunden und auch der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Location and comfort
On forth floor had no hot water throughout stay. Tried multiple times of the day and always a cold shower
We absolutely loved this hotel. The door to the hotel is controlled by staff at all times. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and the staff in the dining room were incredibly friendly. The coffee with breakfast was so good! The room was very comfortable with plenty of storage. Bathroom and shower were nice. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station which is also a meeting place for tours. Hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Duomo, Accademia, and Uffizi Galleries. I highly recommend The Frame Hotel and hope to stay again in the future.
There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. It was by far my favorite hotel of the four we stayed in during our visit to Italy. Highly recommend!!!
