Pros:

3rd time and we counting. The best location near the train station and all the main landmarks. Nice rooms, clean and comfy. Excellent stuff. Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommended. Plus one for the air conditioning that helped us stay alive on an extreme hit wave of 41 Celsius. Thank you once again.

Fantastic quaint hotel in the heart of Florence. Excellent location. Close to everything. Staff we terrific at providing guidance, recommendations and directions. Modern rooms, nice bathrooms, comfy beds, good technology. We've just spent three weeks in Europe as a family of five, and this was probably the best value for money stay that we had. Has this fantastic small wine cellar with self serve wine by the glass in the basement, in these beautiful old furnished sitting room.

Cons:

Small lift. But that standard in Europe.

2回目の滞在です。街歩きのロケーションにも良い立地ですが、それ以上にスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。
私のミスでタクシーの中にスマホを忘れてきてしまったのですが、スタッフの皆さん、嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧に根気良く探してくれました。海外でケータイをなくしたら不便ですし、もう見つからないものと思っていましたが、どのタクシーを使ったか割り出し、やりとりをしてくれ、最終的に私の手元に届くように手配してくれました。素晴らしいおもてなしと対応力で、こんなミスはしたくないですが、またフィレンツェに滞在するならここしか泊まりません。スタッフのみなさんに感謝感謝です。

Fabulous hotel in a very central location. Extremely stylish, clean and comfortable rooms (ours had two separate double rooms with 2 bathrooms and a private terrace with hot tub). Excellent value for money and a really beautiful stay. Thank you.

Pros:

Super gelegenes und schön restauriertes Hotel. Justin am Empfang hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand uns zur Hilfe. Das Zimmer war gross (vor allem hoch) und sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für diesen Preis super. Alles wichtige in Florenz kann man gemütlich zu Fuss erkunden und auch der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Everything was great except hot water
