Reception opening hours:

- Every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Pros:

Gli appartamenti rinnovati sono molto carini, ho apprezzato la doccia molto più pratica della vasca uso doccia che c' era prima. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale alla reception e anche le ragazze ai piani. Ci ritorno sicuramente.

Unusually poor for France: absence of promised laundry; noisy; no wet paint warning.
Pros:

A good location in an attractive town. The reception and cleaning staff were amiable.

Cons:

The advertised washing machine was not available. There was considerable noise from builders within the building. There was wet pain without warning notices - this resulted in paint on recently purchased clothing. The room safe was broken. There was a leak beneath the sink. One senior member of staff was rude and inconsiderate. We did not have any warning of any of the problems before our arrival. We would not have booked here if we had known of its various problems.

Residence bien située au centre de Menton

Cons:

A notre arrivée pour un sejour de 5 jours nous avons signalé qu'il manquait le volet de notre fenêtre, une intervention était demandée pour le lendemain... Le lendemain pas de volet... 3 jour pas de volet...
Chaque jour nous avions une personne différente à l accueil qui nous disait noter notre réclamation... pour nous dire le vendredi que la residence était en travaux et que le volet ne serait mis qu'après notre séjour !!! On aurait pu nous le dire au début...
Nous avons négocié le remboursement du prix du parking... qui a été effectué (après relance)10 jours après car le mail n était pas expédié !!!
Personnel peu compétant et peu impliqué...

C’est indispensable que le ménage soit fait au moins une fois par semaine

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville et les alentours car l’établissement est proche de la gare.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé un peu plus de deux semaines un studio. Pendant toute cette période, le ménage n’a jamais été fait. Nous n’avions pas de serpillière, ni d’aspirateur à disposition.
Nous avons eu uniquement droit au changement du linge.
C’est insuffisant pour une durée supérieure à une semaine.

Parfait pour mon séjour de 3 jours.
Pros:

le parking en dessous de l'immeuble, l'emplacement géographique au coeur du centre. Le personnel de la réception. Très bien insonorisé. petit balcon très appréciable

Cons:

odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement. studio pour 2 personnes 2 cuillères à café, 2 fourchettes un peu juste. Le reste était parfait. Les accoudoirs du lit rabattable un peu gênant pour se coucher. manque une prise coté lit.

Séjour en famille à Menton
Pros:

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Menton,
Appartement fonctionnel avec bcp d'équipements (lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux...)

Cons:

Parking facturé 9€ par jour même en arrivant en fin de journée et en repartant le matin.
Le bruit des travaux nocturnes durant notre séjour avec une odeur de cigarette.

Приехали и увидев номер развернулись и сняли другую гостиницу.Наша ошибка была в том что заплатили за месяц проживания.Нам не вернули ни одного евро, хотя обещали хотя бы 10 процентов. в результате мы плтеряли деньги
