Un soggiorno che ha superato ogni aspettativa. L’arredamento è elegante e curato, la pulizia impeccabile e lo staff straordinariamente gentile e attento: raramente mi sono sentita così accolta. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è la posizione, sorprendente per quanto sia comoda: davvero a due passi da tutto. Durante il soggiorno mi sono sentita come a casa, sempre al sicuro e rilassata, una sensazione non scontata quando si viaggia. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò a chiunque cerchi un posto speciale dove sentirsi bene dal primo all’ultimo giorno.

Great location, clean but sadly very rundown

Hotel Concordia’da iki gece konakladık ancak ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin oldukça altında bir deneyim yaşadık. Oda genel olarak çok eski ve bakımsızdı; parke zeminde o kadar fazla çizik vardı ki kendi rengi neredeyse görünmüyordu. Duvarlar siyah çiziklerle doluydu ve oldukça yıpranmış bir görüntü veriyordu.

Oda aşırı küçüktü ve bu kadar küçük bir alanda ergonomik bir tasarım yapılmadığı için hareket etmek gerçekten çok zordu. Banyolar da eski ve bakımsızdı; genel olarak yenilenmeye ihtiyaç olduğu çok net hissediliyordu.

Otelin genel kullanım alanlarındaki halıfleksler de ciddi anlamda kirliydi. Üzerlerine bir şeyler dökülmüş gibi büyük lekeler vardı ve renkleri yer yer tamamen değişmiş durumdaydı. Konforu azaltan bir diğer önemli nokta ise ses yalıtımıydı — Duvarlar neredeyse kâğıt gibiydi. Aynı kattaki hatta üst kattaki misafirlerin normal konuşmalarını bile odanın içindeymiş gibi duyabiliyorduk.

Roma deneyimimiz çok güzeldi ancak otel konfor açısından beklentimizden çok uzak kaldı. Genel olarak ciddi bir yenileme ve bakım yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
