The location is great, everything was clean and the staff were very nice. I liked the breakfast in the terrace.
The Shower was small, it was not so comfortable to squeeze in and use it. For bigger people it will be a problem.

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Concordia não foi boa. O ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava adequadamente e, em pleno verão, a temperatura permanecia próxima dos 30 °C, tornando o ambiente extremamente desconfortável.
Após relatar o problema, a solução encontrada foi me transferir para outro hotel, localizado a aproximadamente 200 metros de distância. Apesar da mudança, eu precisava retornar ao Hotel Concordia para tomar o café da manhã, o que trouxe ainda mais transtorno e tornou a estadia bastante inconveniente.
Além disso, fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento da funcionária que trabalha no período da tarde/noite na recepção. Quando informei que o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, ela inicialmente insistiu que estava tudo normal e demorou a acreditar no problema. Também demonstrou pouca disposição para tentar entender o que eu estava explicando e buscar uma solução.
Considerando o valor elevado que paguei pela hospedagem, esperava uma estrutura e um atendimento compatíveis. Ter um quarto próximo dos 30 °C durante o verão, precisar ser transferido para outro hotel e ainda ter que retornar ao Concordia para o café da manhã certamente não corresponde à experiência que eu esperava pelo preço pago.
Nice room with balcony, air conditioning was great, and location was convenient.
Our stay was great until the elevator broke when we were supposed to check out, and we were not notified. This led to us having to go down a manhole in the floor to get out. It was inconvenient, but originally, we had no problem with it until it came to getting our luggage down, which understandably took quite a while. When my suitcase was returned to me, it was heavily scratched and damaged. The staff half-heartedly apologised for the elevator breaking but didn’t seem to care too much about my belongings being damaged.
La struttura è molto curata, anche nella camera economy c’è tutto l’occorrente anche se è naturalmente più piccola. La camera era molto pulita. Aria condizionata molto funzionante. Posizione meravigliosa a due passi da piazza di Spagna e da fontana di Trevi. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni tipo esigenza anche con deposito bagagli post check out
Nella nostra camera non c’era il bidet.
The reception staff were very helpful during the check in, and check out process. Bruce was particularly helpful in getting us a taxi!
