The staff was kind and helpful. From the receptionist to the barman, everyone we encountered was extremely pleasing to interact with.
The rooftop bar has a beautiful view and it is cozy and romantic, especially given that not many people were there when we went and it was all for us.
Perfect location
The room was completely different from the one in the picture. Old, scratched floor, looked dirty.
Nasty acid smell coming from the toilet.
Continuous noise of water coming from the AC.
The ac didn’t work well, it was set to 20°, however it felt way hotter. It was impossible to lower the temperature.
Mild noise from the street but the worst thing was the light coming in.
I only noticed late at night that i could close the shutter, I would have found heavy curtains more practical.
It was impossible for me to sleep.
Also the minibar is hot, you can’t even find relief in fresh water because it will be hot.
Super small elevator.
The price is good but for the same one you can book nicer hotels or b&b.
It’s a pity because if the rooms looked nicer, were cleaner and had a better temperature, the hotel would be great.

Posizione centrale
Camera doppia troppo piccola per essere venduta come tale. Eravamo due ragazze e non avevamo spazio per sistemare i bagagli in camera.
Staff disponibile ma poco organizzato in fase di check-in. Avevamo tre camere prenotate, con date di checkout diverse e hanno fatto casino.

Personal muy amable. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, es de fácil acceso si llegas tarde del aeropuerto y se puede recorrer la ciudad perfectamente a pie. La cama era muy cómoda.
Lo único fue que la almohada era un poco blanda y chata, por lo demás todo bien.
