Pros:

Location was good for my work, but the elevator broke during my stay and had to carry heavy cases up and down stairs. It was fixed in a timely manner as far as elevator service goes.

Cons:

Our TV didn't work and the front desk said it would be fixed while we were at dinner, then admitted nobody was available on weekends to fix it when we returned so we had to move to a smaller, cramped room. Was NOT happy. Not having a working TV is a deal breaker. Also, would've appreciated fresh bananas or cut fruit of some sort to make the breakfast worth it. The variety of hot food was lacking as well.

It’s old building.

It was clean

Cons:

The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. I told the front desk, the manger just said sorry.
The breakfast was bad, not much to choose from. One yogurt left, bad oranges. Over all it’s the worst breakfast I’ve seen.

how there was only one elevator & we weren’t exactly sure where it was. & the price was a bit higher than i would’ve preferred

Good location and staff were great.
Pros:

It was a convenient location for travelling through the area.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Air conditioning worked well.
Fridge was useful.

Cons:

First room smelt of smoke. Changed rooms. There's a constant noise in the bathroom, almost squealing and another noise that rumbles through the pillows when going to sleep.
