Amazing Accommodation and Location
Pros:

Just WOW... great location, Great Price, Great room, and a washing machine and drier. Right in the village of beautiful Whistler. after 11 days busing through Yellowstone and Canada it was great to have a washing machine and drier.

Pros:

Easy access in and out. Staff always helpful. Enjoyed the gym and pools. Apartment spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

We found the back ground noisy at night time. Pumps or fans going on throughout the night

Leuk hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie, en de kamerindeling. Heel fijn een eigen keukentje en 2 aparte slaap en badkamers.
We waren ook blij met de wasmachine en droger. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Erg lag best veel stof overal, losse kraan in de keuken, geen douchekop die eraf kon en douchen in bad. Het regende snachts en het geluid van de regen op de metalen daken maakte veel lawaai, waardoor je het raam niet lekker open kon laten staan.

Great hotel in Whistler!
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Location is excellent! Right in the heart of the village. Amenities in the hotel are also really good. Our 2 bedroom apartment had all the amenities you would need. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Whistler to stay here.

Cons:

I wasn't able to try the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. But it would've been great to have a dedicated restaurant for the hotel. Eventhough the room was very well equipped, I would've expected maybe having some bottled waters in the fridge.

Easily accessible but just OK facility
Pros:

This is an easily accessible hotel in the middle of Whistler. The rooms are suites with gas fireplaces, washer, dryer and a small kitchen. Confusing room numbers as you enter an alcove that has two doors for separate suites. As a platinum elite member, this was not a memorable Marriott facility.

Terrible hotel not honoring the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. Look elsewhere.
Pros:

Really terrible, insulting experience here. Even though the Marriott loyalty program very clearly says that Delta Hotels that call themselves a resort (which this hotel does) are required to offer Marriot Bonvoy elite members (Platinum and above) breakfast for the member and guest, this hotel doesn't have a restaurant (see welcome gift section https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/member-benefits/guarantee.mi?msockid=1840dcbfd10a6f0c373ecb85d0f86e37). It doesn't even fit the brand requirements for Marriott, but OK, open to reasonable alternative. This hotel instead trying to substitute something with a retail value between $25-$30 CAD per person/day for roughly $6.00 USD/day. That's anything but a reasonable alternative. I discussed with the front desk clerk and it was like talking to a brick wall.

Really good base for Whistler
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is at the heart of the Whistler. Everything is easily walkable and it's easy to access all the restaurants and some local hikes. Very helpful and welcoming staff, the onsite Brickworks restaurant / bar is very nice and there is a small gym and a pool. We'd definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Perfect Hotel in Whistler
Pros:

This is a great hotel in Whistler, right in the heart of everything. It is a somewhat tired property as far as the rooms go, but it's clean, has all the necessary amenities, and is a great base for getting out into the surrounding parks & mountains. Location is ideal for wonderful restaurants, a delightful early morning stroll with coffee, an evening drink, and casual shopping.

The room and beds are very comfortable, but the sofa bed make too much sound
Pros:

Excellent customer service along with prompt room service.

Cons:

The appliance didn't work, and the fridge made too much noise at night. Even the dishwasher isn't functioning; we need to turn it on and off several times. The fish smell came from the room. The room service attendant came, noticed the bad smell, and put in the humidity pump, but we can still smell it. We think the fridge might be broken, since that smell seems to come from behind the stove and the fridge. Otherwise, everything is very clean.

Pros:

Wonderful staff, warm pool! So warm I even went in it on mother's day hehe

Lots of towels and 2 hot tubs outside . Very safe for kids .
