lo staff molto cordiale. Posizione comoda se serve un punto d’appoggio veloce.
il bagno era molto sporco, mattonelle rotte e box doccia rotto e con incrostazioni nere e di calcare. Vetri finestre e porta molto sporchi, si vedeva l’unto delle mani degli ospiti precedenti ed era molto evidente il segno di un viso in posizione laterale sul vetro dato dal sebo della pelle e dai residui di trucco. La stanza rumorosa, si sentivano i rumori del corridoio ma in particolare quelli della strada nonostante fosse un terzo piano! Terribile la moquette. Sorvolerei sui rumori, ma lo sporco no.

Io ed un amico siamo stati accolti dallo staff molto gentile e preparato. L'hotel (anche se in zona periferica) si trova in una zona strategica tra l'aeroporto e il centro di Firenze. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per il concerto dei Linkin Park, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Bel bagno e camere comode. Da sottolineare la funzionalità eccellente del condizionatore, che con questa calura ci ha salvato la pellaccia! 😁
Ahimè l'unico punto dolente sono stati gli ascensori. Noi eravamo al terzo piano, per cui fare qualche rampa di scala non ci è costato chissà che, però nel momento in cui hai delle valigie pesanti diventa un po' più complicato. A volte qualche malfunzionamento capita, non è di sicuro qualcosa dipeso dalla struttura. 🤙🏻

Had a nightmare start to our holiday- original flight to Pisa was cancelled, so we flew to Florence, arriving around 22:30.
We booked the Ibis because it has 24hour check in. We arrived, exhausted and without any luggage. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. We hotel was quiet, the rooms (we had 2) were fine and the beds comfortable.
It gave us time to sleep and recover from a very stressful day.
