We were kindly greeted by Lacy very late at night. Check in was very easy. Our room comfortably ready for us.

Fine for a night. Free parking, nice staff
Pros:

I would have normally stayed at Marriott but my colleague recommended this property as it was close to our customer. Easily accessible off the freeway with plenty of free parking. There is a Starbucks and several other food establishments just across the road.

Hilton allow you to check in with the app, and I could choose my room (within the same class) which was nice. The room was ready earlier than the 3pm checkin too.
The girl checking me in was friendly. The room was a decent size with a beautiful large TV (and modern built in set-top box for Netflix). Shower pressure was OK. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable.

There was a super friendly bartender that made a mean Wisconsin sours and the lobby has a cozy feeling to it. The corridors however .. especially on the 6th floor smell like wet dog. No smell in the room, but the public areas (corridors and elevators) were tired and the aforementioned smell.

Breakfast was NOT included, and for $16 plus tax and tips it probably wasn't worth it. But to have breakfast on actual crockery as opposed to paper plates was a nice change and the waitress was super friendly.
The hotel initially charged the wrong credit card despite me specifying I would pay at the hotel in the booking, but the girl on checkout was able to fix this for me.

On the whole a decent Hilton. Not the best I've stayed at, but comfortable enough.

It was a comfortable stay in a really nice area.
Pros:

It’s close to everything

Cons:

I didn’t like having to pay for my coffee in the lounge area when you enter. Felt like it should be free like the other Hiltons. I was looking forward to the coffee.
