A well run hotel that gives premier services.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of quality ingredients and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the location is very convenient. Also the concierge was helpful in advising me when I needed directions.

Great location, tired hotel, and uncomforatble bedding. Overall fine.
Pros:

Excellent location, large choice of options in the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

I didn't realize the room didn't have air conditioning. I was able to open the window to cool the room down, so it was noisy but fine. The bed was a little hard but the pillow was horrible. One very flat pillow that did nothing, and the other was like a brick and felt like there was rice or some other material inside on the bottom. The hotel feels a bit tired but it served my purposes.

We enjoyed our stay in Hakodate.
Pros:

The location was great. It was a minute walk from Hakodate Station. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was no onsen.
