Definitely what I was looking for, and found it!
Pros:

Walking distance to all attractions. Clean, room was decent size. Water was hot, which is awesome after a day in the snow. The area is quiet. Aside from some heckler one of the nights, but cops were on it right away.

Cons:

Perhaps not their fault. But the internet kept messing up. Was very difficult to watch tv at the end of the day to unwind. Would still definitely stay again though.

Great Value, Location and pleasant Room
Pros:

Good South Lake location. There was no one at the Front Desk early evening, as they have mastered the self-check-in process, sending me a code to my email. The room was very nice, clean, etc. Poor lighting was my only complaint in the vanity area (Vessel Sink). I would stay here again.

Adequate clean hotel with a comfortable bed and jacuzzi tub.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No comfortable chair to sit in if I didn't want to sit ion my bed. The decor had a DIY feel.

Clean room. I guess I came at a busy time because some days the parking lot was full and I had to park on the street. I think I was lucky that I didn't need to drive too far. Heater worked. Internet didn't work but after contacting the staff there was no problem.

Cons:

There wasn't tissues in the room but I could go in the utilities room to grab it, so a little inconvenient. This type of lodge does not have any front desk; you just text the staff if you need something. I find this is convenient, but could be hard for someone like my mom.
