A lovely hotel
Pros:

Absolutely everything!!! A very professionally run hotel. Staff were great, helpful smiley and very professional.

The room was very comfortable and had everything at hand.

Breakfast was perfect!

Apart from the mouldy smelling A/C, I got the solid performance I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
Pros:

Great staff, very welcoming. Facilities were as you'd expect. Breakfast was fine too. The bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was good for a solid night's sleep.

Cons:

The A/C smelt mouldy, so I left it turned off; that was OK the day I was there, but had it been two weeks before would have been a nightmare. The view from the room was non-existent, but that was hardly why I was there.

The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast choice was very limited and there was not enough for the amount of people.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. We were left with a small amount of toilet paper and only one towel for two people.

Pros:

Easy to find. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Hot shower.

Cons:

No advice on allergens at breakfast. Every item had calories but not the more essential allergens! I had to find someone to ask for non dairy milk and just hope the bread, cereals and hash browns didn't contain milk. Aircon in room only goes down to 19° which makes for a warm night.
