Was a lovely experience as we never stayed here before. This was a surprise for my sons birthday as we was visiting Sant

The room was spacious and had a lovely, welcoming scent as soon as we walked in. The bedding was spotless and felt fresh, which made it even more comfortable to relax. We especially loved the bathroom, with its calming blue light that gave it a really modern and soothing atmosphere. It was also a nice touch that the soap and shampoo weren’t cheap products—they were Dove, which made the stay feel a bit more luxurious.

Cons:

Breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of options, which we were initially really pleased with. We had been looking forward to getting up extra early and enjoying a good meal before continuing our journey to the next destination. However, the breakfast turned out to be very greasy, which made it quite difficult to enjoy. Unfortunately, after eating only a small amount, we both felt unwell and had to rush to the toilet, which put a bit of a damper on the start of our day.

Great location on the A6 services.
Pros:

I arrived very late at night and was pleasantly surprised they could book me in. They also recommended their loyalty card, as I wanted a late check-out by 12, which was easy to set up and would save money on future visits.

I also liked the idea of having the choice on room service. I requested no room service to be left undisturbed, and going greener is a great idea.

Old but fine hotel
Pros:

I wasn´t expecting a whole lot for the price I paid and it felt like I got exactly what I paid for. We had asked for a cot in advance which was all set up and ready, which was nice as we arrived late after an evening flight to Luton. The hotel is a bit old but I wasn´t expecting a lot to be honest.

Cons:

There was a foul smell coming from the drains/toilet which should be looked into. It wasn´t overwhelming, and we couldn´t smell it in the room so as long as we kept the door shut it was fine. Apart from that the hotel was fine.
