Отель чистый, персонал всегда готов помочь, в доме тепло и есть всё необходимое.

We liked the balcony and that it is close to the weekly market, close to Taksim and bus stop. Staff were all brilliant. I liked the weekly cleaning service.

Трое взрослых,отдых плюс деловая поездка,20 дней.Мы совершенно неприхотливые,чисто,кухня со всем необходимым,душ и пр.Конечно,многое требует ремонта или замены.Магазины,транспорт рядом.

Only positive thing was the caretaker guy, who dealt with the water damage best he could (the sink tubes sprang while we were away, flooding the bathroom, we had to close it ourselves but at least he came and mopped most of it up. We had to be there to open the door when they came to repair it the day after.), and then the power outage their faulty extension cord caused at night.
We moved to a different place closeby after the second night, just kept the keys to use the kitchen and washing machine because the new place didn't have those. Good washing machine, just very loud. There was a half functional drying rack which was nice.

Персонал супер гостинний, в усьому намагається догодити і створити максимально комфортні умови. До заїзду відповідали на усі наші запитання. Допомогли знайти паркомісце попри максимальну завантаженість вулиць і відсутність приватної парковки. Щодня запитували як у нас справи і чи можуть вони ще щось зробити для нас.
Все необхідне було в наявності: постіль, рушники, гігієнічні засоби, посуд на кухні.
Дуже дякуємо за такий теплий прийом!

Wir haben eine kleine Wohnung für 13 Nächte in Istanbul gemietet und waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – alle Elektrogeräte wie Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage usw. haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir – zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder – haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, funktional und genau wie beschrieben. Wir danken den Gastgebern für ihren tollen Service und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter !!!

For little money we got a fully equipped apartment for living!
The room fully corresponds to the description, everything works (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, etc.) ! All necessary utensils are available!!! The location is excellent - Istiklal five minutes walk, Taksim 10! Beyoglu district! The bus stop is just a couple of minutes' walk away! Breakfasts are in a nearby cafe, not a buffet, but you won't go hungry - choice of American, English and Turkish breakfast!! In the neighboring house there is a chain supermarket SOK! Prices in Turkey, of course, have risen very much, most goods are more expensive than in Moscow! But there is a little lifehack - on Sunday the whole neighboring street turns into a huge market, traffic is blocked and here farmers sell their goods (mostly fruits and vegetables)!!And in this market the prices are already acceptable - strawberries 100, pomegranates - 20-25, tangerines 25-35, etc. (lira per kg of course).

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for comfortable stay! We looked for an apartment with 1 beds in different rooms as we have two small kids, so this fits our needs perfectly:) the stuff is absolutely amazing and helpful 24/7!

For this money you get a small, but cozy and fully ready-to-live appartment in the very centre. 10 minutes walk to Istiklal, 15-20 minutes to the metro and the Taksim funicular.
There are no big bars and restaurants on the street, so there are no big crowds and loud music. But there are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a couple of small shops and cafes very close.
The apartment is exactly as in the photo. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very clean and stylish. Hot water in the shower! A good set of dishes, you can cook. There is a large dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove, iron, hair dryer, toaster, TV - everything you need.
Wi-fi is really fast everywhere in the flat.
And I would like to note the staff's friendliness and willingness to help.
We really liked the place and will think of staying here again.

بسعر جيد استأجرت هذه الشقة الجاهزة بشكل كامل .. غسالة وغاز وميكروايف وحتى جلاية صحون

الإطلالة من الطابق الرابع جميلة ترى فيها عدة فنادق .
يوجد سوبر ماركت كارفور وشوك قريبين.

حصلت مشكلة في المياه في شقتي بعدة عدة أيام فأعطاني الموظفين شقة بديلة .

من السلبيات : لايوجد مصعد في البناء الذي استأجرت فيه.. خذ طابق أول او أرضي اذا كنت لا تحب الدرج
