Pros:

Since we were driving around the area, free parking made things simple for us. We never had to worry about additional fees and were always able to find a spot near our room.

Worst experience I have had in a hotel, they stole 100 dlrs from the deposit and never returned it.

Nothing, never returned the deposit I made.

Cons:

Worst experience I have had in a hotel. I made a deposit before the check in and they never returned it back, I have invested a lot of time calling the hotel and the only thing they tell me is that they cant do nothing. I recommend everyone to search for another option, with the money you will pay for the room and the money they will stole from you with the deposit you can find a much better place to stay.

They had beds to sleep in. That is about it.

Cons:

No breakfast, they give you a brown bag with a go-gurt, granola bar and an orange or apple. The juice machine does not work or when it does it is not filled correctly. Coffee is a coffee machine that was just water as they do not keep up on adding the instant mix. Floor boards especially in the bathroom are brown or black where they are sealed by tub. Curtains do not look like they have been washed and honestly look like someone puked on them. Fridge was not wiped out and was dirty. Pool was not secured and gate latch did not work. We were there due to father passing away, so we were not looking for a “vacation” spot. Just somewhere with beds but it was not enjoyable as it would have been nice to come back to a room or hotel that was clean and comfortable. We will be going somewhere else when we come back next month.

El sitio no estaba tan mal como otros comentarios dicen pero si vi un par de cucarachas, la alfombra del piso estaba bien desgastada en algunas partes y la televisión fue lo peor es antigua no es smart, no Netflix ni YouTube etc. Además la máquina de hielo no funciona y no venden ni una botella de agua ni nada en lo absoluto en maquina pero fuera de eso el sitio no esta tan mal ni tan deprimente como otros comentarios cuentan

Pros:

Stayed in Room 109 from October 31–November 2. The room was filthy. There was black mold on the ceiling, hair in the bathtub, and a hole in the bathroom floor with bugs crawling in and out. The sheets weren’t clean, and the fridge and microwave smelled rotten.

When I asked the front desk about getting water, they told me to go to another hotel across the street. Then they pulled an extra $100 from my account with no explanation.

Dirty room, rude staff, and shady charges. This place shouldn’t be carrying the Wyndham name. Avoid it.

We have been using travelodge for a few years now. Every time we come the rooms get worse. Unfortunate this will be the last time we stay here. For the amount we pay we could get a better room that doesn’t have a broken tv, broken door, wet carpet from the ac, and no ice machine. The owners no longer care about the upkeeps of having a hotel. The only good thing is the location and the cleaning staff. They were so nice.

Dirty . The sheets were dirty and this was false advertisement. Curtains were torn and side of bed was torn . Bed covers were worn out and old. Parking was dirty . No tv the whole time

The ease with which it was possible to enter and exit the freeway from this hotel was noteworthy. It made traveling around San Antonio easy. I truly appreciated the staff's friendliness and speedy check-in after a lengthy drive.
