The stay was nice we had no complaints
Room was clean, bright. Internet good. Bedding good and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room -- and it was.
Breakfast was so-so. Certainly nothing special--the usual powdered reconstituted eggs etc etc etc. Fruit availability meager at best ( a couple of manderin oranges - no bananas). Not up to standrand for LaQuinta.
Staff members go over and above. The room and bedding was clean. The decor is modern and the breakfast was unexpectedly great.

Very convenient location. Next to walking path for early morning exercise before departure . Staff at the desk and in the hotel were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The room was clean, bed super comfy, and well laid out for comfort! Was happy with the price which I booked thru Booking.com - unfortunately, the app is a little confusing and I booked the wrong date — in order to get it corrected I had to pay an extra $20! Recommend booking straight with the hotel to get good rate with all amenities!
Was clean and nice and price good
Staff is very nice. They are one of the nicest hotels in Fruita Colorado. But hotel needs to be renovated. Paint coming off walls in bathroom, shower needs to re caulked, air conditioner was loud. Been coming here for years, and noticed it hasn’t been maintained very well.
The room was in super good condition and the stay could not have been better. My girlfriend and I are crossing the country from Ohio to California and previously we were plagued with some rough hotel rooms and this room was a huge save in the road trip. When we come by this area again we will most definitely stay at the La Quinta inn.
