Pros:

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage sind super und auch die Schallisolierung des Zimmers ist sehr gut gewesen. Die Frühstückszeiten sowie das Frühstück haben alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

aufgrund der schlechten Services werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr auswählen
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut, Zimmer sauber und gut strukturiert, Frühstück sehr gut, die Lage war ok - Im Sommer könnten die Zimmer zur Dachterasse etwas lauter sein, da diese zugänglich ist und sich sicher abends Menschen dort aufhalten. Am Abend waren Geräusche von Autoposern (Hauptstrasse) deutlich zeitweise bis nach hinten wahrnehmbar. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptsstrasse und ist in ein Einkaufszentrum (Schwabengallerie) intergriert.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und zeigte sich in Bezug auf eine Reklamation sehr unproffessionell. Serviceorientierung war hier leider nicht zu beobachten. Man reagierte schnippig/genervt und musste jede Information "aus der Nase ziehen". Eine Reklamation per eMail wurde ignoriert - sogar von dem betroffenen männlichen Mitarbeiter noch provozierend kommentiert. Ich würde dem Herrn empfehlen eher in eine Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden statt in weitere Armtatto s zu investieren. - Fazit: "ungenügend".

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Cons:

Nicht sauber, staubig und schmudelig. Tisch und Stühle im Zimmer sollten unbedingt mal ersetzt werden. Matratzen sind zu weich und durchgelegen. Im Bad hat es Schimmel und eine Duschwand, die nicht richtig schliesst, der Boden war danach immer nass. Kein Wifi im Zimmer, wenn man das Internet nutzen wollte muss man auf den Gang gehen.
