The room was extremely hot . Didn't cool down until 4am . A/c wasn't running before we arrived . Microwave didn't work . Restroom light didn't work

Terrible Experience
Pros:

I booked a 4 night stay and when I checked in they gave me a room with a nasty bathroom, rust in the shower and buildup on the shower head. They switched the room for me but it wasn’t much better. I had a family situation so I had to check out the next day. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the days I didn’t use the room… contacting hotels.com, going back to the speak to the manager (never available), and no response to my emails. If you’re ever in the Humble, TX area I recommend any place but here.

Ill never go back, i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Those people wouldn't know hospitality if it sat on their face after a brisk walk! And why on eatth does an entire motel smell like armpit?!?!

Property need improvements from the sheet/blankets to the pillows.Tub was old and had rust in it .The room just had a indescribable smell.Furniture was old looked like from the 90’s
