Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed.
The added charge while checking in.
How close it was to the plaza. Breakfast and staff
Everything was great
The boutique hotel has a great vibe with a fun breakfast reception area. The cooked to order fresh breakfast included in the price of the stay, was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this hotel. Also a wonderful place for people traveling with dogs.
Breakfast and location was a plus. Facilities were very clean and bed was comfy. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Having a kitchen available.
Kitchen lacked potholders and dish towels.
Shower needed a caddy to place soap, etc. No storage in bathroom. More outlets to plug in phones and computers needed. Also an outlet behind the bathroom sink was poor placement. Dangerous.
This is my second time staying at Las Palomas when visiting my son in Santa Fe. It is an excellent location - walking distance to The Plaza and Railyard and many restaurants. They have a wonderful breakfast each morning that is included. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are like little casitas - very comfortable.
Good location and great breakfast. Staff very pleasent. Didn’t use the dog park but looked nice.
The “kitchenette” was pathetic. Didn’t bother to try to cook. No sponge provided to clean dishes, many utensils were missing; no real tools to cook other than microwave stuff. The shower head was missing pieces do the stream did not work perfectly I had to take the faucet in the bath apart to clear minerals as no water would come out. Had to go get a broom and dust pan to sweep room. My wife had stayed here a few years ago and felt the property had fallen from magical to we will not return. Everything just little off sadly. Poorly maintained and managed it appears doing the bare minimum.
Very cozy, very old Santa Fe which is the best Santa Fe, wonderful breakfast and snack offerings with a lively breakfast room, comfortable bed and the most polished concrete floor I’ve seen.
All hotels do this. Pictures on the booking site sometimes aren’t what you get. Advertising a kiva fireplace only to get an old gas stove tucked in a corner, as I did in my studio, feels fairly false in terms of advertising. But my friends had a kiva fireplace in their casita. And like I said, all hotels do it. Shouldn’t, but they do.
Cozy, unique, friendly!
Nothing
Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is also very good. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel has a certain charm.
The rooms and general facility are very worn down, and in bad need of a redo/reface. I understand some of the rooms are updated, ours, unfortunately, was not. However, overall, the room was comfortable.
Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful breakfast. Close to Georgia O’Keeffe museum and restaurants. Very nice staff. Really charming.
We’ve stayed here many times, and keep coming back. The staff is great, as-is the location, and we love the small, independent feel vs a typical hotel.
Mattress was way too soft, which made it hard to sleep. And the property generally needs some repairs…touch ups.
Everything was clean and staff were exceptionally welcoming, and it is such a perfect, central location. The staff clearly enjoy working here and it shows in their hospitality to guests. The cooked breakfasts that are included in the price of the room were fabulous, and the dining/gathering area was perfect for morning and evening gatherings for our group of six adults…siblings and spouses.
Nothing!
