Breakfast was incredibly delicious! Every staff member was so kind.
We really liked the room it was spacious and comfortable.
We were exhausted after arising at 1 a.m. for our flight. I called and asked for early checkin. They were very rigid in their response. Finally, I got someone who said they were cleaning our room at noon and would call us when it was ready. Finally at 2:30 p.m. I could barely move, so I called and apparently the room had been ready for a while.
They had said they would call when the room was ready.
Finally to the room.
The layout and atmosphere of the multi-building hotel was really cool. My room felt like I was staying in an old ranch house which was cool. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.
Gorgeous location
Very cute place. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Room was plenty comfortable. Location is great for walking to the Plaza.
Bed was hard and needed more pillows.
We stayed just one night in Santa Fe and chose Las Palomas based on a recommendation from a friend. Our stay was fine. Eddie checked us in and he was very friendly and helpful. The location of our room and parking was more than ideal. However, our expectations for the room and breakfast were a bit higher than what we experienced.

Great location, easy to walk to plaza and railyard.
Breakfast was great, loved that we had 5 options to choose from, all good, good coffee. Nice to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ice cream available afternoon and evening. Homemade marshmallows and potato chips too.
Mini split AC in room worked well.
Room was stark- artwork on walls scant except for painting above bed. No pillows on sofa or chair. No rug under coffee table so it slid on concrete floor. Ants in bathroom, thousands of ants in kitchen after tiny piece of pie left on counter for 30 minutes- was told that ants “are a Santa Fe problem”- really??

Le fait de devoir payer un seul produit de lavage et de ne pas avoir été informée que commander plus d’un plat au petit déjeuner était facturé en plus.
Friendly staff helped whenever needed. We liked the private casita. Walking distance to the plaza.
Everything was good. Parking was very tight near the casita.
Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had a nice semi-private patio that we used each evening for a cocktail. The location is within walking distance of the square and local shopping and restaurants. The breakfasts were also fresh and yummy.
