Nice convenient location and service .
Pros:

Close to the plaza. Good size room with fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast. Offered a drink upon arrival as well as home made chips and marshmallows which were a very nice touch.

Cons:

Hand soap was missing. The Kleenex box was 1/3 full as in had not been replaced with a new unused box. There also was a noticeable ants problem. Traps had to be strategically placed in the room 3 days in a row. To their credit, Las Palomas offered me a new room but I declined not wanting to have to pack and haul all my stuff.

The staff was extremely nice. It was a very good value for the price.
Pros:

The people were extremely nice and I really appreciated them.
* It was great to have ice cream available until 10 o’clock at night.
* The value of the hotel is good.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned had a locked door that no one could get open, so we had to switch rooms late at night, which was frustrating.
* The hotel was much farther from the Santa Fe Plaza Square than I expected.
* It would have been nice to have better coffee in the room, such as a pod-style coffee maker.
* The mostly hard concrete floors were not very comfortable, especially for an older person.
* Overall, I was hoping for something a bit more upscale.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the breakfast every morning and easy walk to town.

Cons:

Beds were not super comfy and you can hear a lot through the windows and from people above you if you are on a lower level.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Quaint, staff wonderful, walking distance to town, breakfast was delicious, parking perfect for our B Van. Rooms clean, bed comfortable

Cons:

Suite was a bit on the tired side. Chair ripped and stuffing coming out. Furniture needs replacing for most part. TV’s small and not Smart.

Very comfortable stay. Not just another cookie cutter layout. Very nice breakfast with southwest influenced “made to order” options prepared by very pleasant staff. Easy walk to areas of interest.

A decent place, but in the future I think I would look for a place with a pool/hot tub in the same price range.

They only clean every other day upon request. They should have a daily breakfast special so there are more options than 5 choices.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the patio every afternoon. Thanks for delivering the roses and champagne per my request.

A very special place near all of the downtown attractions. Walking to many restaurants was so easy. Quaint place that is quiet and unique. Bfast is included in the stay.

Cons:

They need to update the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs in case you are spending more time in the rooms. Also, there should be instructions on how to use lighting, fan, air conditioning.

Comfortable , homey and close to town.
Pros:

The hotel is easily walkable into downtown Santa Fe and the main plaza. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and included in our stay.
