The view was amazing, close to everywhere we needed to go, very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful room, well stocked with everything we needed.

Cons:

The kitchen bench looked like it hadn't been wiped down and there was a bit of soap scum/mould in the shower.

A lovely getaway
Pros:

Modern and stylish - great for short or long stays, very comfortable
Pros:

Stylish, modern and very clean apartment located on Collins St (near cnr of Williams St) with views of beautiful old buildings (Rialto) across the road. Our apartment was on L8. Reception staff friendly. Secure entrance to building. Great location, trams run on Collins St and 10 min walk to either Southern Cross Station, Flagstaff Station or Flinders St Station. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay, including well equipped kitchen, study nook, and recessed laundry cupboard (incl 2 sachets of detergent). Street noise is audible but didn't stop us from sleeping well - the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom ticks all boxes (I'm fussy) - good shower, soft towels, plenty of storage for toiletries, face washers & facial tissues supplied, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion dispensers. And we really appreciated the complimentary large bottle of San Pelligrino sparkling water and Snack Box (Laughing Cow Cheese, Jatz crackers, Roasted Nuts, Shortbread, a Choc Macadamia, and Soy Crisps), yum!

Cons:

Noise levels from street are noticeable, but we still managed to sleep well.

Overall apartment is mostly equipped and comfortable to stay.
Pros:

Location was quite good since tram stops are nearby. I like the kitchen, laundry and bathroom features. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The sofa was a little old and didn't feel very clean. There were no kitchen paper towels and aluminum foil provided, which were available in other apartments that I have stayed before. For this price, I think the unit is small and there is no balcony.
