Good stay.
Pros:

Good location . Comfortable . Kylie was very prompt with any concerns and Ted at concierge was good.

Cons:

Not enough seating to watch tv. There was no coffee maker . Cutlery sparse.

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The staff were very repetitive regarding their no parties policy. They made me sign additional paperwork stating that I would not have a party, which I had no issue with until I realised that nobody else around me in the line was subject to that kind of questioning regarding their stay. It felt very targeted as I am a young person. Everytime I would leave the building staff would constantly ask which room I was in and remind me of their quiet hours. In no way were me or my guest disruptive or disrespectful.

Modern apartment in a handy location
Pros:

The apartment is modern and clean. The lobby always smelled nice. Elevators are quiet and quick. Convenient location. Beds were very comfy to sleep in and pillows were just right. Water heated quickly and nice amount of space to put your toiletries. The day we arrived it was quite cold and we saw there were plenty of heaters to use and extra blankets so it made the stay a lot more comfortable. We didn't cook or use the kitchen much but it has all you need if you wanted to prepare your own meals.
Location wise it was great; close to Southbank and handy IGA nearby where we got some essentials.

Cons:

We stayed in a split level unit and had quite heavy luggage. The bedrooms are upstairs so it was quite hard to navigate the stairs and try not to mark the walls with the suitcases. Definitely rethink this type of accommodation if you have mobility issues. We had issues trying to put rubbish in the chute on our floor; day 1 we managed to get 1 bag of rubbish down the chute but days 2-4 the chute wouldn't open but then on the last day it seemed to work fine.
There is plenty of space to hang your clothes BUT no drawers at all so I had my folded stuff sitting on my suitcase. Some drawers in each closet in the bedrooms would be really handy!
