It was really centrally located so you can easily walk to see much of the city, as well as easy access to buses to key areas (Park Guell is one bus route with a 3 minute walk to the stop, the beach was one route with a 3 minute walk to the stop, the hop on hop off busses were practically outside the hotel just a 2 min walk).
The hotel itself was very clean, the beds and pillows really comfy (and I am a princess when it comes to comfort in bed!), the air conditioning in the room worked very well and was totally silent, and the staff were really warm and welcoming, helping us plan our itinerary on our first day there. Also nice cold drinking water available on every floor near the rooms to fill your own drinking bottles.
Lovely products in the bathrooms including soap, body moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush. If I’d known I could have travelled even lighter than we did!
We went to try the rooftop bar on our last night and it was closed for a private function but we hadn’t been made aware of the closure. I was a bit disappointed as it was our last opportunity to use it. Having said that, we were there during a heat wave and it was very hot up there so perhaps no bad thing that we couldn’t use it!
Hotel Pulitzer was a fantastic base for our visit to Barcelona (2 parents, grandmother, 2 kids). The location near Placa Catalunya is perfect for exploring the city. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was great for everyone (including kids and someone with gluten sensitivity) - mimosas included! WiFi and AC both worked well, and the building is charming. Would absolutely return!
Beliggenheten er fantastisk: nær La Rambla, koselige små restauranter rett i nærheten, shopping, Gaudis arkitektur, Place de la Catalyana og konserthuset Pau de la musica Catalana. Også kort til metrostasjon for å nå andre deler av byen.
Rent - moderne - fine fellesområder -fantastisk personale - supergod frokost og mulighet til å innta den både inne og utendørs😊
Kan ikke komme på noe. Koselig med balkong på rommet, men de er ikke store. -Akkurat plass til en stol. Vi hadde utsikt mot gaten og det var hyggelig.
喜欢巴塞的原因之一：住进了这家酒店。首先位置非常好，在感恩大道附近，zara拐进去就是。在提供了位置便利性的同时，还能有些许私密。再有就是早餐非常不错，很喜欢吃茄子做的小面盒儿，非常好吃！而且可以拿上早餐在室外天井，坐在树下吃。每天吃早餐的时间都令我非常期待。小阳台也很不错，视野挺好。而且前台服务人员真的太好了！初来要买电话卡，工作人员帮忙在电脑搜索最近的卖Vodafone的店；来不及看音乐会，询问附近有没有可以骑的小车，也是他帮我们搜；最后开发票也是他尽心尽力帮忙。实在是用行动让我们感到温暖啊！非常好的一次住宿体验！

Value for money!! Such a beautiful hotel.
This hotel is such a find! I have stayed in other hotels in Barcelona and this was a complete stand out. Extremely clean, gorgeous rooms and common areas (rooftop bar, restaurant area), and a great location. The breakfast was also a highlight, and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. A true 10/10, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on a future Barcelona trip!

There was noise from the bar and late night from the street and next building’s. They have to put double glass for windows.
I stayed at Hotel Pulitzer as a solo traveller for three nights in the middle of June, and I absolutely loved it.
The hotel is simply amazing. My room was small but very cosy, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a pillow menu, which was a lovely touch. The bedding was soft and luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during the June heatwave. I slept wonderfully every night. The room was also very quiet, with no disturbing noise at all.
The bathroom was excellent. The shower was even better than it looked in the photos, and the hotel provided everything you could need for a short stay: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and even an ironing board.
I especially appreciated that the minibar were I chill a few bottles of local wine, and the complimentary bottle opener was a thoughtful detail.
Everything in the hotel feels stylish, modern, and of excellent quality. This is honestly the best four-star hotel I've stayed in anywhere in Europe.
The lobby has a wonderful atmosphere—relaxed, elegant, and always welcoming. I also loved the interior design throughout the hotel. The staff are a real bonus. Every single person I met was genuinely friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their warm attitude really adds something special to the overall experience.
The rooftop terrace is a real gem. There was never any pressure from the staff to order more drinks or leave your table. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy excellent cocktails, and listen to fantastic DJ sets in the evenings.
I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. However, the hotel offers a reasonably priced lunch set menu on weekdays, which looked like great value. Just note that it's not available at weekends.
The location is another huge advantage. Everything is within walking distance, metro just over the coner and with the airport bus stopping just a couple of minutes away, getting to and from the airport couldn't be easier.
I wilstay here agai and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Pulitzer to anyone visiting Barcelona.
