Well located. Great room
There was a power break for many hours. No excuse / 'compensation' mentioned.
The whole stay was amazing from start to the end. Very friendly staff, treated us relly well, with a welcome bottle of Cava. Room was nice, spacious and clean.
The bed was too soft to our liking, but thats just a personal preference.
The courtains were made of thin light colour fabric, therefore too much light was coming through them in the early morning.

My 20 year-old son and I stayed at this hotel. The breakfast included me to order eggs, among a few other items. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast, especially May and Gabriel, were helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were accommodating and included washcloths, uncommon in Europe. My only dislike is not being able to sit in the lobby to eat my dinner that I brought from different restaurant. Apparently, in this lobby for/bar area, you can order a few foods and they wouldn’t let us eat something from somewhere else. Understandable, but a little annoying.

due to location, it was noisy during football championships but this basically can't be helped
Couldn't really fault the hotel - well located on a surprisingly quiet road given its proximity to Placa Catalunya. Check in at Reception was very friendly and efficient. Bar/Lounge area spacious and comfortable. Rooms quite small but that's not a problem on a short visit. Breakfast area and staff excellent - a good buffet choice and simple choice of hot plates cooked to order.
Nice Terrace area - you need to pre-book and give card details for no show purposes but no minimum spend - one slight negative is getting staff's attention when area busy and unsurprisingly prices a little on the high side but there aren't too many spaces like this in the city - we didn't attend the DJ sets so can't comment on those.
All staff very approachable but special mention to Elias on the Front Desk for sorting out a table for us on the Terrace for the England vs Argentina game - pity he couldn't organise the result - but maybe he did as he's from Argentina!!
We'd be happy to return when we next visit Barcelona - cant say anything better than that.
Superfijn verblijf gehad! Mooie, schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijke sfeer. De locatie was ideaal en alles was goed geregeld. We hebben echt genoten en zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Great location. Easy walking distance to transport and centre. Kind, very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again.
