Clean / comfortable/ centric
Le personnel a été très aimable et arrangeant pour un check out tardif. L’hotel est propre et très bien situé.
Le petit déjeuner est au-dessus de la norme pour un 4 étoiles.
La vue depuis la chambre est horrible. Les chambres 216 et 316 donnent sur une cour intérieure avec un vis-à-vis à 3 mètres. C’est très sombre et il n’y a aucun charme à cela. Plus de 400.-€ la nuit par chambre, on s’attend à beaucoup mieux au niveau de la vue depuis la chambre.
Il semblerait qu’il y ait un rooftop avec un bar sympathique. Malheureusement, pas accessible car il y avait une soirée privée.
Ma femme s’est rendue dans le même hôtel l’année dernière et pareil pour elle. Le rooftop était fermé. Dommage…

Clean, centric, well kept.
From the moment we arrived the staff in this beautiful, calming oasis couldn’t do enough for us. Endlessly charming, funny, efficient and professional, they soothe us when the airline misplaced our bags and celebrated with us when they finally arrived ahead of us departing on a cruise. The food was wonderful, the bed was heavenly and the drinks divine. Treat yourself to a few nights here the next time you’re in town, it’s a truly wonderful, wonderful place.
Super stijlvol ingericht, goeie indeling, erg smaakvol. Het hotel zit in een wat hogere prijsklasse dan wat we normaal boeken, maar het was het dubbel en dwars waard. We genoten van de simpelheid van de inrichting, de smaakvolle meubels, mooie planten en mooie kunst aan de muren door het hele hotel. Ontbijt buffet was heerlijk. Ook de andere hapjes in het hotel waren erg goed op smaak. Al met al, zeer tevreden!

Overall, we loved the hotel, its staff and the ideal location. The front desk, breakfast and bar staff were all very friendly , proactive and helpful (except the one bar back female who never stopped twirling her hair while serving drinks 🤮). The included breakfast was excellent and vast…even bubbles. The guys at the bar are great bartenders and give 5 star service, as does the breakfast staff. The lobby is spacious and attractive with lots of unique light and comfy seats. The room itself is less spectacular. We should have chosen a larger room, as we were just off the spectacular Explora Journeys II cruise ship, which allows for great comparison. Four aspects of the room for improvement, first the bathroom has no space for toiletries except the sink. No shelves in the shower or around the sink. Zero, except one below the sink which isn’t very accessible based on the towels hiding that. You can barely unpack to operate in the bathroom, shower. Second, there are very few places to unpack your clothes and shoes in the room. Ample hanging space and a high shelf, but zero otherwise. Third, the quality and size of the TV provided cost probably 250 💶. It’s just subpar and a hotel of this caliber should modernize. For the price of the room, there is need for a few improvements. We did have a great view on a quiet street. We did visit the rooftop bar once, but the experience was very poor. There is no seating provided for hotel guests, but most seats were reserved for non-guests. The hotel promotes this space a lot, but certain a hotel guest should be able to enjoy it. The staff didn’t agree and sat us under a bush in a dark corner. The staff on the roof was not friendly or efficient (we saw the girl from the lobby bar, still twirling her hair). So, the property is not perfect, but the improvements are not difficult.
Supertrevlig personal, tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma! Läget är perfekt med gångavstånd till massor av intressanta platser. Rent, fräscht och modernt, nice rooftop bar! Bra frukost!
