Around the corner from Placa Catalunya and Ramblas. Still a quiet street when there is no construction going on… Great breakfast area, outside even better, when weather allows.

The hotel is very beautiful, stylish and cosy in terms of interior design. Also the nice seating area in the room was fantastic. The breakfast was super delicious and the crew always very helpful and friendly.
It was a little bit odd that the beautiful and cosy bar already closes at 23h. One hour more would make a big difference already.
Lunch was ok but not nearly as delicious as the breakfast.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente.
El wifi no funciono correctamente ni un dia durante nuestra estadia. El hotel lo venden como 4 estrellas S y una de sus carecteristicas deberia ser habitacion mas amplia. No habia lugar para las valijas grandes, la teniamos en el pasillo de la habitacion.
Para llegar a mi habitacion habia que bajar 5 escalones y llevaba dos valijas, cuando me asignaron la habitacion ni siquiera me dijeron si tenia algun impedimento para bajar las valijas o si necesitaba ayuda.
El servicio al cliente es totalmente forzado y para cumplir, no sentis que es algo genuino. Quien abre la puerta del hotel al llegar lo hacia o con un cigarrillo en la boca o hablando por telefono. Me enviaron champagne el dia del ingreso les dije que no consumo alcohol y no tuvieron un gesto de cortesia alguno adicional, aunque sea decir lo siento no lo sabia, no esperaba nada material. Como si fuera poco el ultimo dia me dejan una invitacion para dos tragos.

My husband and I were in Barcelona to celebrate his birthday. When we arrived they called us that we could check in earlier because our room is already ready, which was very nice. The staff is very nice, the hotel is very clean and I would have estimated it as a 5 star hotel but it is 4 stars. Mrs. Alba Franco was always in contact with us and always asked by e-mail if we needed restaurant recommendations or other help, which I found very attentive and very friendly. I was really rarely so enthusiastic about a hotel. It is definitely my home hotel in Barcelona from now on. I would like to thank Mrs. Alba Franco and the entire staff! You are fantastic!
The hotel was very clean ,centrally located and I liked the decor.
We chose this hotel based on several factors, one of the most important being the beautiful street-facing window shown in the photos. The images displayed during booking showed a bright room overlooking a charming street and an attractive building. However, the room we were given was completely different. It faced a dirty, unattractive terrace, received no natural sunlight, and had constant noise from the water pipes. It was impossible to even tell whether it was sunny outside.
We raised this issue with the hotel staff and showed them the photos from our reservation. They admitted that the photos were incorrect and misleading. I struggle to understand how this can be considered our mistake when we booked based on the images provided. Although one staff member offered to move us to another room, it was made clear that it would not have the street view shown in the booking photos.
My main concern is that despite acknowledging the photos were wrong, the hotel continues to display the same misleading images for the double room category with no extra note that the window is not as shown. Had we known the true condition and view of the room, we would have chosen a different establishment.
Also the rooms are very noisy and at 8am that the cleaning operations start it is very easy to wake up.
