Très bien pour des vacances
Pros:

La piscine,la vue,les chambres,les salles de bain,le personnel très agréables et la déco de l’extérieur

Cleanliness, furnishing, comfort.
Staff were very welcoming and attentive. They let us early checked in as we arrive early and was with kids.
Upon check out, the staff were very sweet to handout a souvenir to each one of us. Very sweet!

Cons:

Location, the property is located on top if a small hill. There are no convenience stores, or places to eat in the close vicinity. Patong beach is approx 4-5KM from the property and not a pleasant walk during daytime specially if you are with kids.
The hotel has free shuttle drop off to Patong beach(only drop off) but the service hours are very limited. 10.00,12.00,14.00 & 16.00 :(
May be they should consider extending shuttle operation hours

A very memorable holiday
Pros:

The design of hotel and rooms. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful.

Cons:

Our room was facing the mountains which was the back of the hotel. Sometimes it was noisy when garbage trucks and other large vehicles would stop to load or unload at the hotel.

Sehr ästhetische Anlage, super Flair. Nicht weit mit dem Auto von Patong dennoch weit genug um sich auch dem Ganzen zu entziehen, liegt auf einem Hügel.

Большой номер, хороший и чистый бассейн с шикарным видом, сам отель выглядит очень стильно, хорошие завтраки, отель для спокойного отдыха, отличный персонал, помогали по любым вопросам в любое время дня и ночи, всегда везде все было чисто, удобное приложение в отеле(можно выбрать время уборки, заказать еду в номер и тд)

Cons:

Не всегда хватает мест в машинке на пляж, отсутствие магазинов в пешей доступности(дошел до 7-eleven за 5-7 минут, обратно в горку шел минут 15 вдоль шоссе)

Το δωμάτιο είχε μια περίεργη οσμή και θεωρώ πως ήταν από το κλιματιστικό σαν να μην είχε καθαριστεί το φίλτρο. Επίσης το πρωινό που ήταν επι πληρωμή δεν ήταν καθόλου ωραίο και πολύ φτωχό.
