Zimmer sehr sauber..fruehstueck war super lage ideal zum bahnhof fuer die zahnradbahn

keine Klima aber das ist KEIN negativvermerk --wir aus Suedamerika sind da zu verwoehnt

Das Hotel ist bis 15Uhr (Check out) telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Statt dass eine Telefonansage geschaltet wird mit dem Hinweis, 'Erst ab 15Uhr telefonisch erreichbar' kommt immer das Besetztzeichen. Kommunikation nur über email geht. Personalprobleme?
Um 10Uhr abends ist in mehreren Zimmern das Licht ausgegangen. Die Dame von der Rezeption hat sich sehr gut bemüht das Problem zu lösen. (Sicherungsproblem). Musste hierzu ihren Chef anrufen

Für eine Übernachtung völlig ok
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof
Balkon am Zimmer auch wenn der Nachbar in‘s Zimmer schauen kann.

Cons:

Beim Übergang vom Zimmer auf den Balkon hat der Fußboden einfach aufgehört und dann hat man den Unterbau (Bauschaum) gesehen. Das wäre schon schön, wenn es mit einer Leiste überdeckt wäre oder der Fußboden bis zum Ende des Zimmers gelegt wird.
Die Duschkabine ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr wirklich sauber.
Viele dunkle Haare auf dem Bettbezug.
