Front desk girls were nice and accommodating.
Our deadbolt didn't lock on our door, and the bathroom door had to be slammed to close. Sad the slide was closed for maintenance.
The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was having issues the female staff who worked over night she was extremely helpful and even moved us. I wish I could remember her name.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Brookings was hosting the State BB Tournament. It was so hard to get rooms, but finally got room at Garner. The staff was so great and we had to check out early as some of our family got sick.
It was noisy because of all the high school students stay with us. Not a problem as we expected that.
The property and room were very clean. Love the proximity to restaurants and venue location. Employees were nice, helpful and respectful.

Not what I booked. Booked last June as Holiday Inn. Pool area was closed, breakfast was terrible. Beds uncomfortable. TV blurry. They greatly decreased quality and charge more then most hotels in area.
Pool not working and there was no mention of this when we booked. That was disappointing. Very expensive stay for limited amenities. Breakfast was the exact same options both days of our stay. Fresh cookies in the lobby was nice.
