Decent, but would not book here again.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Plastic everywhere due to building “sweating”. Floors and walls constantly wet. Lady at the front desk asked what was the “reason for my stay”, which I felt was a little unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.

NICE AND ENJOYABLE

I LIKE THE LOCATION IT IS CLOSE TO RESTAURANT. I ALSO LIKE THAT THEY MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME TO HAVE A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. IT WAS VERY NICE AND VERY QUIT. YOU HAVE MADE MAJORCHANGES,THE CLEANEST AND QUALITY OF THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS GOING DOWN HILL !

OK, but could have been better
Pros:

Location of the breakfast area was fine. Room was spacious, but very strangely laid out. Price was ok.

Cons:

FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF: Initial front desk staff was not particularly friendly; greeted us but no other real personal interaction.
ACCCURACY OF ROOM RATE/CHARGES: Damage deposit charged was $50, not $25 as indicated on Booking.com site. Deposit was not refunded directly at checkout; hoping it will show up on CC soon.
ROOM ITSELF: Room was spacious and nicely furnished, but lay out was very strange. Half wall at entry to room and furniture placement prevented luggage cart from rolling into the room easily. Kitchenette was very strange: had refrigerator [with no freezer] and microwave, but no coffee maker. Signage indicated an individual coffee maker could be requested from front desk. but no place to plug one in at the kitchen area (could see where plug had actually been covered) and one could not have used same plug as microwave, as access to that plug would have been through overhead cabinets. Direct view into bathroom from bedside kind of awkward. Bathtub was missing "plug", and bottom of tub needed refinishing. AND, if you like to sleep in total darkness, not possible in this room: total of 12 (yes, 12) individual light sources when all lights turned off, including a flashing "message" light on phone that never turned off [even after we called the front desk to enquire if we had a message; it was still flashing when we checked out!]
BREAKFAST: While location of the guest breakfast area was fine, the arrangement of seating was awkward. High top tables were located in front of each television, so that viewing of the TVs was blocked. The actual food available was adequate, but not really on a par with "serving" a breakfast. One of the two coffee machines was inoperable, which would have created a bit of a delay for guests if there had been a crowd present. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits were available in the hot servers, but never did figure out how one was supposed to cook the eggs that were available in the refrigerator.
