Pros:

Very nice hotel. Recently updated. Plenty of facilities. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Easy to find plenty of options for food/leisure in the area.

Cons:

The towels were very low quality. Water pressure was low. Elevator seemed tired. Only used it once. Took the stairs after that.

I booked a one night stay for a Friday night prior to an event. When I arrived, I was informed that I had booked a room the following Friday. I asked if they could cancel cancel it and book me for that night. They said that they couldn't cancel the errant reservation since I had used an online booking service but that they could get me a room that nigh for double the rate I had paid online. When I contacted Booking.com, they told me that it was non-refundable and that I could talk to the property manager to switch nights. When I showed them this, they refused to accommodate me. Never again.

The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options available. The location was fine.

Cons:

They were out of diet coke in the vending machine so we had to leave the hotel to buy some.

Pros:

Rooms were large and clean. Room turnover was amazing and the cable had a lot of channels to choose from. Pool is heated and plenty of parking with nearby gas station and food.

Overall I had a peaceful and restful experience.
Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Clean room and very quiet. Indoor pool and continental breakfast. My room had no coffee maker though. Thought those were standard in rooms nowadays.
