Hampton Inn & Suites Temecula

Welcoming staff. The cost of room was rather high for the overall quality of the rooms.
Room was clean, however, the chemical smell from the cleaning products was very strong and took a while to dissipate.

Great stay!

I was a little disappointed that when we checked in we found out that there pool was closed, the ice machine was out of service and the Apps for the mobile device had not been set up. It was a family weekend with grandchildren so it did not turnout as well as we expected.

Easy check-in and the breakfast was on point.

The hotl was clean and roomie. Large TV. clean bathroom, breakfast. Lot's of parking.

We weren't told the pool wasn't open until check-in. First day's "free breakfast" was a joke, out of everything. A delivery that day fixed it for day two. Room AC unit very loud.

Great place!

The pool was closed due to maintenance. We were looking forward to swimming. We did not know the pool would be closed. We were very disappointed. Would you please discount our bill. We would not have stayed if we knew ahead of time that the pool was not up and running.

Nice clean room

Our room could use a small seating like a couch. It was in convenient to always sit on the bed to eat or watch tv

The pool was broken upon arrival, but the staff was wonderful and called the embassy suites and asked to let us use the pool. it was a bit away and we had to uber over there, but it worked out. And then there were ants in our room and also my sisters room, and they did move us to another room. The staff was fabulous in accommodating us. It was just a inconvenience. And to be honest, the embassy suites looked like a nicer property and we said we would probably stay there next time. since the pool was a big part of our travel. we like to relax by the pool when visiting with family. The manager did give us a discount for the first night.

Very hot weekend and pool is closed. Very disappointing.

It’s too bad about the green pool. The customer service was excellent. Great employee named Dave.

Easy to find parking.

The service was friendly but we had a first floor room with no black out blinds. When we checked the blinds, we also found that the window didn't lock. When we asked if there was a different room, we were told that it was completely full (which I completely get). I then asked if they could send someone in to fix the black out blinds since 1. everyone could see in through the sheer curtain, and 2. the street light was shining directly into our room. We also asked them to fix the window. We told them that we were heading out for the day and they told us they would fix it. We got back later that evening and it was still not fixed. Luckily, we figured out a second pane from the outside that locked.

Early check-in time could’ve been better , but I understand it was Labor Day weekend.

The hotel looked great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great and clean and the breakfast was really good

Breakfast options were the best I've had anywhere. The staff was pleasant.

The pool was out of order during our visit which we were not told about. There was a 6:30am gardener mowing outside our window one morning. The door at the end of the hall where we stayed would slam whenever anyone exited.

Just comfortable and was not a good stay and left night before.
Plus the pool was closed the entire. And it was very hot.

Booked two queens and was given one king and told that rooms were sold out and they couldn’t change it.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean and had nasty hair on the floor.
Breakfast was standard.
