Frühstück war ok. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Kein beeindruckendes Buffet, aber ok eben.

Cons:

Leider ist das Restaurant im Hause nur noch für Privatanlässe offen, was für uns eine Enttäuschung war.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite par rapport au prix demandé. Climatisation à revoir. De même que l’électricité. Certaines prises ne marchaient pas.

Beautiful location but needs some improvement

Location was beautiful and the staff excellent

Cons:

The stay was upset by a change to the booking that was fixed but it took a lot of correspondence. The rooms were very warm despite being air conditioned. It is obviously more set up for functions as the arrival floor was more a function area than a classical hotel lobby. Breakfast was served in a large function room and looked out of place. Food was nice though

Glorious location & a beautiful park with view
Pros:

A wonderful location with a beautiful park and view of the lake. Staff are so special and made us feel very welcome. Sheik checked us in and was very welcoming & Sara at breakfast helped give us some local tips. Breakfast team were also lovely. It is a residence so there is not someone atthe reception desk all the time bit the team can be contacted because it is managed by the metropole.

The best way to stay at Genf
Pros:

You live in an old summer residence in the middle of a huge Park next to the lake. The inner city is in walking distance. You share the building with guests of 6 more rooms. The staff is incredible friendly and caring (thank you Sarah), you have access to parking and dogs are welcome!
