Comfortable, and restful.
Pros:

The property is upscale without the upscale price. Linens in the bed were high quality and I slept well. Staff was helpful with directions and were courteous when I needed forgotten toiletries. The fitness center is great. The lap pool is nice and the steam room is great. The location is close to BART which was great for me. I also like the security of using your key for the elevators that take you to the floors where the rooms are.

Cons:

Parking is expensive. Minor thing: it would be nice if there was an opening from women’s locker room to the lap pool.

Pros:

Es un buen hotel para ir y quedarse disfrutando de las instalaciones, la piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, buen servicio de comida y tambien al cuarto 24/7 tambien tienen un desayuno buffet basico pero de buena calidad.

Todo el personal fue amable y eso me gusto mucho.

Cons:

Lo unico es que la habitacion le falta un espejo grande cuerpo completo, pero hay gente que no le interesa, no es tan importante pero seria bueno que lo pusieran

En lo demas el cuarto era muy luminoso, buenas camas y baño, escritorios, cajones, una cafereta y una mini refrigeradora.

Not as luxurious as advertised!
Pros:

The customer service was excellent the afternoon of our arrival. The gentleman provided us with 2 $10 vouchers for the inconvenience. (See #1 below)

Cons:

1. Check in time was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., but our room wasn't cleaned and available until 6:00 p.m.
2. The room requested was an accessible room with a walk-in shower. Our room had a bathtub and they supplied a bath chair. Tub was stained.
3. The toilet wouldn't flush and they had to send a tech to fix it. We were nervous using it again and afraid it wouldn't flush.
4. The gift cards that I had received from De La Salle High School down the street were not accepted at check out time. Since we no longer live in the area, it's just a waste of money.

Mediocre Stay
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The property seemed like a gym with a hotel attached. The staff wasn't the most hospitable, food was not good (we ordered multiple times), and the rooms are relatively small if traveling with a family. I'll choose a different hotel next time.

Pros:

The room was clean.
Waitstaff were nice ( the breakfast had been sitting out and was barely edible)

Cons:

The hotel staff were hot and cold. The person who helped me was nice but the staff person who was checking in another party at the same time loudly announced both of our room and floor numbers. I expressed my concern but was not offered to be another floor or room. The next morning I checked my bank statement and they had charged me even though I paid in full through booking.com. I called the hotel and was told to "take it up with my bank" . I placed a to the manager which went unanswered.
