Pros:

Do some renovations, beds were terribly uncomfortable. Ac was loud and worked pourly. Burn holes in furniture in our "non smoking" room. Stains, housekeepers hair on towels and in bathroom. Pool was so cold my kids had no interest in even swimming (the whole reason i stayed here over the saskatoon inn was the pool) shower didnt stay hot for more then 30 seconds then went cold. By far the worst hotel experience ive had in a long time.

Pros:

Walls are paper thin. Could hear some someone going to the bathroom in another room in the middle
Of the night. People smoking right out front of the hotel with staff not moving them to designated areas. Not ideal when I have a young child with me. Woke up one morning to someone had puked in the hallway outside my room. DISGUSTING.

Pros:

The hotel was fine till we found mice in our room. They did accommodate us with a different room but how do you get mice in a hotel on the second floor. Not just one but two babies.

Pros:

They put two unauthorized charges on my credit card after I gave them a deposit. Still trying to get the extra charges reversed. Was told 3-5 business days probably. Glad I checked my card account

Pros:

Stayed pool side room 117. Kids loved the water park, supper at the restaurant was good, room was clean and beds were comfy. Problem is the room was very noisy at night. People in the halls were loud and Thrupple happening in the room next to us had us up till I had enough and knocked on their door at 1am to ask them to keep it down. I think there’s ducts that may be connected through rooms or walls are thin? I don’t know but it sounded like they were in the room with us. Very awkward for a family with kids. Next to no sleep was had and we were all exhausted the next day. Wife and kids slept in the car on way back to Regina and I struggled to stay awake while driving. I find it ironic how we spent $194 for a place to sleep and weren’t able to sleep. We’ve stayed here before without these issues so we will stay again next time.

Pros:

The room didn’t have all the bathroom supplies that were needed and the keurig wouldn’t work the first couple days. We called three times due to neighbouring rooms being very nosy between 10:30pm to midnight on Thursday the 25th and Saturday between 11pm and 1am but the security guard didn’t do anything and was just talking on his cellphone walking up and down the hallway. We asked for a cab to be called the night before but reception and they didn’t actually call like they said they did. I had to call the night before just incase so we made our flights on time. Terri me service don’t waste your money on this place.

Pros:

I booked the room here, pool view with the price was $229, but when I checked in it was $236. Bathroom is old and there was rusty in bathtub. There is no drinking water in the room as well.
