Amazing location as close to subway (3 lines)… super convenient with everything close by

I had a small room. The bed was fresh and clean. Reception didn't know there is a sliding power outlet on the desk top. I was looking at the power outlet below the desk and was a little disappointed until a maintenance person showed me.

There is also a water filter in the hallway. Didn't know until the last day.

The worst thing is was the bathroom. Small is okay (shower next to toilet). But a toilet seat is not expensive. The shower jets were not clear so not only does it look bad water flow was not good. There was mildew around most of the bathroom.

I do not want to disparage the staff. They were kind and hard-working. Management can and should make some effort to have the bathrooms more pleasant.

The location was great for me. Overall my stay was good. Slept well. Got some work done.

Ahhh one more thing. There is no iron or clothes steamer. I was expecting one.

Lobby and front are only positive thing about this place. Low quality appliances, furnitures, tiny bathroom. Won't be staying here ever again especially for the price.

Staff a bit unfriendly. Maybe thats because it's a little less of a mainstream area.

Decently sized for two people bringing a weeks worth of luggage. Very close to major subway and bus routes. Room was quiet, well cooled. Washroom is different from traditional western washroom but still clean and usable

Very convince with transportation

Good points for this place would be the location, easy access to public transports and near lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Really close to DDP. However, the state of room are not in the best conditions

Easy to get to places like Myeongdong

A good focal right at a subway station and close to fabulous City Hall, and great shopping malls.

Near market cultural center and transport sauna and shopping.

My fav hotel to stay when i come to seoul .

Good environment

This is my second time staying here. Very good for the price.

Cleanliness is not the best. I saw the cleaners use the same glove after touching both of my garbage bins (kitchen + washroom) to give me fresh clean towels. I was so turned off by it I reused the same towel for a week after soaking it with disinfecting alcohol. I also opted out for twice a week room cleaning services because I assume they use the same gloves to change my bedsheets/pillow cases.

Checking in was a breeze n location is good with transport accessible to all parts of seoul. However hotel does not provide amenisties such as toothbrush, water etc which is ok. Room size wise is decent for 2 pax

Poor service

The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel. Convenient stores and restaurants just mins away. The room is dated, there is no lighting switch near the bedside, you have to turn off the lights at the entrance. The room is equipped with microwave which is a bonus. There are two issues is quite disappointing. 1.The WiFi connection was not stable throughout my entire stay(5 nights). 2. The bathroom, there is no shower curtain dividing the toilet bowl & shower area, so every time after shower the entire bathroom is wet, including the toilet bowl, the next person who needs to use the bathroom will have to walk onto the wet floor.
Other than these two issues, my stay was quite pleasant.

We stayed here, as i had stayed there before for a month. We really liked the area and how clean the hotel was. The dryers are not the greatest, clothes came out still damp after drying them.

All staffs was very kind and good service.
