Great location but service was poor.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely kiva fireplace in the room.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Called the front desk 3 times to resolve. Room was not restocked with supplies. Bistro staff were not helpful. Food was cold. Coffee and tea were not replenished.

Good location but a bit worn down.
Pros:

Good location, well decorated; good breakfast.

Cons:

Not as clean as it should be- carpet in bad shape and not vacuumed. Bathroom sort of clean. Fixtures were worn- feels like it needs a refresh. Also had room on second floor with no elevator so be ready to carry luggage up and down.

Great, convenient location for downtown exploration.
Pros:

I love how I could just walk to everything I needed in town. Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

I initially thought my location would be noisy with the outer door opening and closing but I didn't hear it at all overnight.

Nice Location, Services Could Be Improved
Pros:

Great location, newer bathroom facility, easy parking.

Cons:

Breakfast staff used same gloves to clean up used and dirty dishes as to place fruit by hand into the serving bowl of the breakfast buffet, not very sanitary. Front desk clerks seemed to simply be going thru the motions, no real customer care shown.

Wunderschön und sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Es kann auf einer schönen Terrasse gefrühstückt werden und das war wunderbar. Die Lage ist sensationell und man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen.

Great Stay In Santa Fe, New Mexico
Pros:

We loved everything about Piñon Court. Our room was very comfortable, location was great, the breakfast was good & the staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable hotel with all the boxes checked.
Pros:

Nice clean property with areas to eat/sit outside. Close to the Plaza. Room (king size suite)was comfortable & roomy with nice bed & great shower. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Lots of onsite parking.

It was a good location for our purposes, but not great. The welcoming and helpful staff wa the best part.
Pros:

The staff members were very helpful. It was easy to come and go in a car. The room was clean snd was freshened up every day.

Cons:

The breakfast b came biting as it was always the sane with no change. The coffee tasted terrible, and I couldn’t drink it. The property is not walkable to town unless you are very young. There was a hum in my room from some sort of motor - not the air conditioning, as I turned that off. As a result, I had sleepless nights. The window shutters in my room were broken.
