Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and maintained. Very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
We love the location. Convenient to the center of Santa Fe. Park your car and walk to restaurants, shops and other attractions.
It’s well maintained and well located.
Breakfast is OK but not very original.
Charming architecture. Robes
Great breakfast! Nice shower. Fridge and microwave a plus. Nice patio
Having to ask for ice
Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Food was fresh and tasty. Location of hotel is perfect. Able to walk to everything in historic district without worries of parking.
The receptionist on check in was very bland and not very personable.
When we first checked in, the room we were given smelled so strongly of chemicals (cleaning products) that we couldn't stay in that room and asked to be moved. The girl at the front desk didn't seem too helpful but the manager who stepped in was wonderful. She was kind and very accommodating. She gave us a room that did not smell near as bad and even though it didn't have 2 queen beds as requested, it seemed to be an upgrade with a king bed which was great.
I feel this hotel could make just a few minimal changes to make clients feel their in a classier hotel.
1- Would it be so difficult (or costly) to have mugs for coffee and glassware for juice with the included breakfast? That would be a nice upgrade.
2. We needed an extra blanket which was delivered quickly. However, I did't find the "blanket" very warm of effective. It's more like a thin bedspread.
Everything!
Excellent hospitality with clean, updated and modernized rooms with a removable showerhead, multiple outlets for charging watch, phone, computer, laptop, tablet and earphones plus mobile chargers too. The food is very good and fresh for breakfast, not greasy (unlike many other breakfasts buffets). You can tell the breakfast was made with intention. The food and fresh salsa post breakfast very good with happy hour. Location is a fabulous area that is walkable to the square, library, shopping, restaurants and churches. Very relaxed culture and vibe. Nearby mountains for good flat hikes or hiking with scrambling for a rigorous exercise with beautiful views. Try the fresh grassfed yogurt at the local farms. The staff was fantastic REcommend this place as it's very clean and also on the National Historic Regstry as pueblo revised.
Attended for a work event and really loved this space. Santa Fe is full of very expensive hotels with medicore rooms, but this one is a wondeful price and cute,
southwestern style rooms. I loved the vibe of the hotel, everyone was kind, and the staff (especially Eli!) was incredibly helpful and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's not on the plaza, but it's literally adajacent, which also means it's close to the Railyard. I would ditch the more expensive hotels (especially because the rooms are meh) for this property instead.
This was our third stay, we love the facility. The receptionist was wonderful, the room beautiful and the breakfast is the best that we have when traveling. We also love the location and its proximity to the Plaza. It's overall one of our favorite stops when passing through to our next stop.
This is not a huge deal but there is no ice machine you have to ask the front desk for it. While both desk clerks that we encountered were absolutely wonderful I didn't want to bother them for such a small thing.
Location..great!
Accommodations...Great!
Parking, Breakfast, afternoon cookies great, great and great!
Staff,,,helpful, friendly and great!
LOVE THE PINON COURT!
You're kidding, right?
We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and everything was so welcoming. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring Santa Fe. This will be our "go-to" lodging on future trips to Santa Fe. Highly recommend!
