Very bad experience and no consideration to customers
Cons:

We stayed one night in april and we had a very bad experience:
1/Reform in the Hotel: very noisy all day long, without any notice from
the hotel
2/Dogs were barking next door.. left alone in the room
3/The night concierge woke up us at 4.00 am by knocking loud at the
door until we opened....

We complained to reception the next morning explaining the situation
and no satisfying answer was proposed: i quote " it is not our fault"....
They told that they would speak to the manager and come back to us ...
Nothing happened...till now!!!!
We have been ghosted ; it is not a way to deal with customers....

5***** hotel ideal location and superb staff
Pros:

Staff were absolutely excellent especially Ekaitz on reception so professional and lots of knowledge of the sea also It’s near the ferry port and also yards from the beach/sea ideal for dogs ….. it has a bar/restaurant right next door ….. 5*****

Cons:

It’s a bit run down and I believe it’s due a return this year 2026

Buen hotel
Pros:

Todo estuvo bien, es la 2ª vez que vamos a este hotel y tanto por servicios como por ubicación, cumple perfectamente.
Las habitaciones son de tamaño adecuado, todo limpio y cuidado.
El desayuno bastante bien

Vacaciones Semana Santa.
Pros:

Personal muy amable, bien situado y desayuno buffet donde todos los días cambian algunos productos para que no sea siempre lo mismo. Mucho aparcamiento cerca gratuito si no es verano.

Cons:

Han quitado una estancia que tenían para poder desayunar con el perro y no tener que dejarlo en la habitación.

El mejor hotel de Getxo donde hospedarse en familia o solo.
Pros:

Cada vez que voy a Getxo me quedo en este hotel, ahora tuve la oportunidad por primera vez de ir con mi familia, quedaron enamorados de la ubicación del hotel, de la calidad de la recepción del personal, de la variedad y frescura del desayuno que tenia mucha variedad de productos naturales y la atención de las personas que atienden muy pero muy amables.... Los felicito porque siguen siendo un excelente hotel.
