I didn’t have a good experience because I booked on booking.com, and when we got to the room, the door wouldn’t open and when I called, they said that my booking had been canceled, but didn’t let me know. They were not able to find me another room, so it was disappointing to arrive to a city late and not be able to book into the place we had previously booked.
There wasn’t any breakfast
But the sweet itself was incredibly nice with the brick Work and the white bedding the kitchen. It was very nice bathroom was tiny, but that’s OK. The glass shower was amazing.

The location of the property is a short walk from events happening in downtown Moncton. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are all close, as well as, the trail along the river. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable having everything we needed. Staff response to any questions was prompt. We had a great stay!

It took us an hour to check in because the instructions we were given were for a completely different property. There is no staff onsite, and communication with this company was poor at best. We honestly thought we had been scammed. The instructions felt like an escape room puzzle. We also needed to pay $17.00 for parking (in order to leave the parking lot), which was an unexpected additional expense. The bed was uncomfortable and no bedside tables surprised us (in a negative way).

I had some trouble with the automatic lock, 2 coffee pods for a 4-night stay. For 1 person max in my opinion.
