Staff was good. Room had a few issues. Bathroom door was hard to close

The hotel was clean and nice, the pool was very nice and clean, breakfast was good.
Only we need to wait for coffee they did not notice was out.
And the person when we checkin was maybe tired but kind of rude.
The room was clean and bed comfortable.

Horrible place to stay. front desk ladies checking in and out was so rude. roaches on the ceiling when i was sleeping. not to mention as i was checking out front desk lady tried to charge my card for a dog because someone with a dog came out of the elevator at the same time as me! lady said i was lying and got very hostile. such an uncomfortable experience. lady was badgering me to get the guys information instead of just helping me check out! i guess don’t share an elevator with anybody in this hotel.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable for the price. Air condition stays running even though it’s on auto. Room smelled like mildew. Bed sheets smelled like if they didn’t get dried all the way. Need an extra drape on window to block light. Receptionist kept sighing. TV channels don’t even match with what station is said it was on, for example I could click on history channel but showed Cartoon Network.

Miss Laura did a tremendous job of taking care of us. She was quite busy yet she had a great attitude. I saw her helping others as well.

The ladies who served the breakfast were very attentive.

All was clean and comfortable.

It would be nice to know ahead of time the extra charges.

horrible place to stay, the ladies in the front were so rude not to mention they said they were going to charge my card for a pet fee because someone that i was sharing an elevator with had a dog when i was going to the front desk to check out! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE GUY! she was asking me for the other person information instead of just checking me out of my room. there was roaches on the ceiling when i was sleeping! enough said. disgusting room and people.

We arrived early in the morning. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room was musty and smelled stale. When we arrived to our room there were small roaches crawling on the pillows and the bed sheets had stains. We were moved into another room off of the elavator, which was not better but didn't have roaches.

The evening staff was a bit harsh

Terrible experience. I woke up with multiple bed bug bites all over my legs. When I went to the front desk, they were dismissive and said it was probably mosquito bites. They didn’t have another room available, so I had to leave and find a different hotel. I asked for a refund for the night I couldn’t stay, but the manager wasn’t available and never called me back. Very disappointing customer service and zero empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Finished up early and wanted to check out early, but they ignored our attempts to check out early and receive a refund for the second night that we would not need and then called back 2 days later to say they weren't going to refund us. Terrible service.

Beautiful place to go

It is advertised as having a sauna. I picked hotel for this reason. SAUNA was turned into a broom and mop closet. The hot tub didn't work either. My room smelled of mildew. The breakfast was okay and the staff there was helpful. I was very disappointed in this room however. It needs to be updated.
