Outstanding place to stay in the Berkshires!
Well appointed decor , extremely clean and classically decorated. Great restaurants nearby and centrally located! The hotel serves a lovely breakfast which is simple and fresh! We always enjoy our stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Great Barrington.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip to the area
It was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked through the front door till when I departed the next morning. Breakfast was readily available when I went down for my morning coffee. My room was very clean an quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

Super clean and customer service was top shelf . from the initial reservation until checkout the Staff at the Fairfield Inn made me feel like I was home. Cleanliness 10 out of 10 customer service 10 out of 10 the breakfast bar topknot all the way will be back.!

Perfect for purpose, reasonable rate for clean room in unfamiliar town passing through. Staff was friendly, gave good recommendations for dining. Room was very quiet.

Fantastic stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Great Barrington! What a lovely place to stay while we spent time in GB as well as some ski time at Catamount. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. We hope to return again in the future.

Favorite hotel in the area! The staff is always super friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of variety and I really appreciate that the fruit is alway fresh. Have stayed here many times and each stay has been great.

We have been here two times now and they just keep getting better! Wonderful, friendly staff, it is a very clean hotel, (my wife who notices EVERYTHNG noticed is was clean) and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Every single member of the staff was warm and welcoming. A great option especially if traveling with kids. Awesome indoor pool with hot tub and the small arcade area was a big hit. Close to both Catamount and Butternut ski areas.

Excellent all around. Very family friendly. Nice breakfast. Great pool and air hockey table. Close to skiing and convenient for food.

As a Film Producer, one of my important roles is to see to it that the Crew has all of their food and lodging needs well taken care of. A successful shoot requires, among other things, a happy Crew.

I just had an experience at this hotel, in connection with a film shoot in the Berkshires, that was extraordinary.
The images you see on the screen does not reflect all the complexities and last minute changes that a producer undergoes.
This is where the incredible team at Fairfield by Marriott Inn in Great Barrington, MA proved to save the day ! !
The day before our shoot - we were forced to bring the whole crew back to the hotel and spend the next 48 hours working out of the conference room and the hotel for our final prep + our long shoot day.
The pivot from their incredible manager David and the whole team at the hotel was AMAZING. Everything that was thrown at them - they responded... and additionally started looking forward and realizing what else would be needed, more rooms / more conference room time / food ... the list kept growing.
They did all this with a smile and an energy and respect for the process.

Its apparent to me this hotel has a specialty serving film crews and talent, from the world of stage, screen, music venues, and dance venues. Their experiences with such groups shows!

Extremely clean rooms and friendly staff. Robin was especially helpful when booking the reservation and checking in. Definitely recommend if you’re in that area, they even have snow brushes for guests to use.

This was the perfect location to stay to visit the Norman Rockwell Museum and hike in the area. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options to choose from. I raised a concern on an item, and it was immediately addressed. Later, the on duty manager, Cassidy, went above and beyond by directly calling me to follow up. This hotel values value customer service! I would definitely stay here again.

The Fairfield Inn Great Barrington staff and management are super welcoming and helpful... whether I'm requesting a quiet room or just a spot in the dining area to enjoy take-out dinner. The Inn rooms are always spotlessly clean and well-equipped. In addition, the Fairfield Inn is just a 5-minute drive to Ski Butternut, a wonderful family mountain with top notch, competitive Alpine Interclub and Tri-State race programs for ages 6 to 18.
