Very cozy and very fun.
Pros:

Excellent veiw of the beach directly out our window, close to plenty of spots to eat or shop, very cozy feeling.

Cons:

Room was pretty cold, but we brought extra blankets so it was fine.

We had a really lovely stay at the Martine Inn overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and thoughtfully prepared—and I absolutely loved the decor of our room. It felt charming, cozy, and true to the character of the property. The ocean view from our room was also beautiful and definitely one of the best parts of the stay.

A couple of things to note: the walls are fairly thin, so you may hear neighboring guests at times, and our room was a bit drafty. It was somewhat difficult to regulate the temperature, and I found myself waking up with the sniffles each morning.

Overall, it’s a beautiful property with great service and a lot of charm. With a few comfort improvements, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Cons:

A couple of things to note: the walls are fairly thin, so you may hear neighboring guests at times. The room was also a bit drafty, and without AC, it was harder to regulate the temperature—something to keep in mind depending on the season. My husband found the bed a bit stiff, though I personally didn’t mind since I prefer a firmer mattress.

Relax vista oceano
Pros:

Lo stile molto romantico la posizione stupenda con colazione vista oceano,le stanze arredate in stile retrò

Cons:

La colazione seppur buona ma molto misurata e con poca scelta ,tutto viene servito al momento e francamente un po’ imbarazzante dover chiedere se si vuole di più

The staff was so supportive in all our needs. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
Pros:

Jury was so kind and very accommodating during our stay. The breakfast was really nice with the beautiful view. The location is perfect for visiting Monterey or Carmel. We really enjoyed the gardens also!

All staff, especially Uri (sp?) and Casey, were so helpful, friendly and and went above and beyonte.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! Castroville eggs were eggceptional!!!!

Cons:

I had a difficulty figuring out how to make the keypad turn on the same way every time.
