Es un Hotel precioso, cómo si estuvieras en una casa de principios del siglo XX. Decoración exquisita . Desayuno frente al océano. Encantador!
La persona que te recibe es fría y distante...
The room
The breakfast
Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in the United States, and I’ve visited the U.S. around 10 times.
From the moment we arrived at around 8:00 p.m., the experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager, Abdul, was by far the most unfriendly hotel manager I’ve ever encountered. Instead of welcoming us after a long drive with two small children, he immediately and aggressively focused on the fact that our kids were not registered and insisted on charging us extra, with no empathy or willingness to help.
The hotel has a steep access, yet no one offered to help us unload our luggage after a long day of traveling. Throughout the interaction, Abdul was nonchalant, unprofessional, unnecessarily confrontational, and made inappropriate comments that were completely uncalled for. His attitude created such a negative atmosphere that it completely overshadowed the property itself.
In the end, we decided we would rather leave and find another hotel, even though it was already nighttime and meant driving again with two very young children. That says everything about how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. Hospitality starts with treating guests with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I cannot recommend this hotel based on the way we were treated.
Great location. Amazing views.
Everything. Our room had a partial ocean view and garden view, with a claw foot tub/shower, fireplace and antique furniture. The dining room overlooks a spectacular ocean view. Breakfast is made fresh each morning and is delicious. Their staff is cheerful and very personable.
Nothing
Great location. Some Nice period wood furniture dated to early to mid 1940 to 1950s
Upholstered furniture and cushions need to be refurbished. No access to microwave or refrigerator in room or public space
The waitress and kitchen staff are the best part of the hotel, they made an average stay good. staff in the dining room and kitchen were very kind. The location is perfect.
The man that greeted us was not friendly nor kind. We are two older people had just climbed the stairs from the parking lot(which is tight) and more stairs to the entrance and even more stairs to our room, and not once did he offer to help. Not with the bags and not even with a bottle of water! Also the room has a step to the bed and another step down to the bathroom. The step to the bed should have some iridescent tape or something you can see at night as it is a dangerous fall hazard! As my husband experienced! The room was sold as an ocean view, only by standing at the corner of the room. There are a lot of stairs everywhere, so if you have some type of impediment I would not recommend. The waitress and kitchen staff are the best part of the hotel, they made an average stay good. The shower has zero water pressure and the toilet has a slow leak that ran continuously.
Great view. Close to everything. Never needed to use the car once we checked in
Uncomfortable chairs in our room.
Location and breakfast was great.
Bed was to soft and 2 outlets did not work.
hotel y desayuno
The views and ambience of the place!
Some things felt a little old, but I do understand the building itself is very old and it did not take away from our experience at all!
Perfect location, charming, good breakfast, and friendly staff.
Loved everything!
We shifted our plans by 1 day so we could get the corner room with a seaview. It was well worth and even better than we thought. The home is very charming and well maintained. It was an awesome experience. Definitely will go back!
Wish we could've spent more time there :)
Gutes Frühstück a la carte
Der Parkplatz ist klein und Autos der Mittelklasse setzen bei der Einfahrt auf. Vorsicht!
