申し訳ありませんが、もう宿泊することはないと思います。

駅近で綺麗。岩盤浴。

Cons:

宿泊中、バッグに入れていた私物が1点なくなっていることに気づき、とても不安な思いをしました。不安だったためホテルに相談し、その日は部屋を変更していただきました。

翌日フロントで立ち話の形で状況の説明を受け、その後日、総支配人の方から電話もいただきましたが、結局原因は分からないとのことでした。また、紛失した物の特徴などについて詳しく確認されることもありませんでした。

さらに清掃後、コップを逆さにしてその上に使用中の私物の歯ブラシが置かれており、私物を触られている点にも少し不快感を覚えました。

施設自体は綺麗で、トラブルがなければ悪くないホテルなのかもしれません。ただ今回の件では安心して滞在できる環境とは感じられず、とても残念でした。

Most enjoyable. Loverly clean facilities, excellent and friendly staff and good location.

Highly recommendable!
Pros:

Love the location roughly 2 to 3 min walk from the Kyoto Station and the facilities and services are really good. I would definitely return!

Pros:

距離京都車站附近走路可以抵達，服務人員親切，會說中文，可提前/退房寄放行李，房飯店設有大浴場，女性浴場：提供雪肌精產品（化妝水、乳液、卸妝油）、岩盤浴等，床鋪舒適，枕頭比較軟，這次入住三人房，空間大且舒適，房內有附一條多功能充電線，飯店早餐選擇多樣，家人也都喜歡，下次還會再來！

대중탕이 있어 여행의 피로를 풀수있는 점이 좋았음
조식이 다양하고 메뉴도 조금씩 변화를 주며 훌륭했음

Cons:

대중탕이 있는 건 좋았지만 그다지 크지않아서 이용객이 많을땐 대기해야 할 정도.

Great hotel, great staff in Kyoto
Pros:

It very close to Kyoto station. Instructions were very clear. The hotel is beautiful and our room was well appointed.

Cons:

I didn’t understand how the coin laundry worked and ended up leaving with a load of wet clothes. Definitely ask the floor staff for help!

Wonderful choice for first time visitors to Kyoto...
Pros:

Brilliantly located hotel 3 minutes walk from the station, making it easy to manage day trips and city exploring. Wonderful onsen. Very clean with welcoming staff. Early luggage drop off easy and able to leave suitcases after check out if needed for that day. Kytoto prides itself on the quality of it's local vegetables...breakfast was out of this world, with so many hot and cold choices, sweet and savoury!

Cons:

Central air conditioning system was noisey inside the room (plus on top floor long row of units outside the window). I found it hard to sleep in first room, the front desk kindly moved me to another room where the bed was further away from the window. If you are a light sleeper or prove to tinnitus this may be an issue for you, so check with the hotel first.

旅館本身軟硬體都很好，服務也很親切。只是剛好碰到其他客人在房間走路跟開關門很大聲，但帶著耳塞的話就沒問題。
