Pros:

Spacious and well maintained. Directly across from the MRT. Perfect for family while traveling on vacation.

Cons:

A kettle and toaster would be preferable since the apartment was self contained.

Pros:

Great location, just opposite the Bencoolen station and also a short bus ride from Orchard. A great stay for small families because it has the kitchen facilities. Also great because they have housekeeping service except on sundays.

Great location with a in-house mosque.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some adjustments ...taking shower after climbing into the tub a lot of water seeps out of the tub and onto the bathroom floor...windows should be allowed to be opened for fresh air..instead it was locked..

bij de entree de naam van somerset is niet duidelijk te zien .xelf taxi cauffeur elke keer rijd gewoon door.
personnel niet vriendelijk en niet behulpzaam.alles moet zelf doen.de lift sting.ik had verwacht 4 ster .maar het is gewoon niks.

Great location but hotel needed a refresh and renovation
Pros:

Location is great, multiple MRT stations super close. The pool was nice, appreciated the chilled water in reception to refill bottles.

Cons:

Check in process was annoying, we pre filled our info before our stay and had to repeat it all at reception. The bed was really uncomfortable. The cot we were given was shaky and on wheels that couldn’t lock so our baby could move it around dangerously when she was in it. There really wasn’t room for a cot, you couldn’t get around the room with it there. The couch was also not very comfortable. We never got all of our towels replaced when we had the room made up. The shower spread water all through the bathroom if you didn’t angle the shower head in one exact position so it was constantly wet on the floor and we needed to use our towels to dry it. It was really hard to get the air conditioning to be anything than boiling hot or freezing cold. A small thing but they only provided a single soap between the shower and basin so you always had to go between them. There was mould in the shower bath area also, the general condition of the apartment was poor

Handy apartment in a convenient location, great pool too
Pros:

Excellent location - right next yo MRT, 5 mins walk yo Bugis shopping mall and MRT. Loved having an apartment with a sofa for our child to sleep on. The roof top pool was awesome, wasn't expecting to use it much but we were there every day. The staff were amazing and accommodated a late checkout which was really helpful.

Cons:

The onsite washer and dryer was a bit expensive and closed at 10pm. Would have been great if they remained open later.

Worth the price to have twice the space than that of a normal sized hotel room.
Pros:

Close to subway stations. Not too far from restaurants, shops and harbour. Would stay there again. Good Hawker Centre nearby - very handy.

Cons:

The pool changing rooms could be revamped. Not a lot of power points/outlets in apartment.
