Mi aspettavo di più da un quattro stelle
Pros:

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Ottima la colazione e il personale impeccabile e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il trasferimento che avevamo richiesto, da una camera doppia ad una tripla, è stato veloce. Wi-fi disponibile nelle aree comuni e il parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia con i comfort di base ma mancava un ripiano dove trovare delle coperte perchè siamo capitati nei giorni in cui ha nevicato e la finestra non chiudeva bene per cui entrava lo spiffero d'aria fredda. Lo split dell'aria calda non funzionava perfettamente ed era abbastanza rumoroso. Quando ci siamo trasferiti nella camera tripla per l'arrivo di un ospite, ci aspettavamo maggiori comfort e più spazio di quella doppia e invece mancava il bidet, il lavandino era più stretto, mancava una luce del comodino, la wi-fi non prendeva e il frigobar offriva solo 2 bottigliette d'acqua. Insomma, paradossalmente abbiamo pagato di più la tripla che aveva molti meno comfort della doppia.
Peccato, inoltre, che l'hotel non disponesse di un deposito ove lasciare i bagagli mentre attendevamo il trasferimento da una stanza all'altra. Il prezzo richiesto non è adeguato alla sistemazione offerta.
