We were a bit late, a group of about eight, but you kept the kitchen open for us.
Our window looked out onto the street. It was very noisy.
Very good location.
Rooms smelled funny and parking is by a third company and expensive.
The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Shower a bit too small (bathtub could be removed as far as I am concerned). I missed a mini bar in the room. The direct neighbourhood was not great, though very close to the city center.

Reception person brilliant. Great ambassador for the hotel. Staff carry the hotel.
Dog friendly. Organised a dog bed - saved us bringing ours in.

Edgy part of town.
Good car park but another 13 euros on top of a pricey hotel given the area, no washbasin in the separate loo, compact room and bathroom, poor quality pillows.
And only one pillow.

Great location to explore the city and close the ne cultural venue. Comfy beds. Despite the building being next to a busier street it was super quiet when windows are closed. The air conditioning in the rooms is property designed so that the air never smells stale.
Some wear and tear here and there and the corridors didn’t smell good. The lobby was too warm with the 37degree heat outside.
Novotel Aachen is a stylish modern hotel. We liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the professional staff and the location right at the edge of the city center. The breakfast was really great.
The wifi connection was a bit unstable, this could be improved.
